Olivia Bottega have been absolutely amazing. I was desperate for one of their dresses but live in the UK (nowhere near any of their retailers). I reached out to Alyona and the team to see if there was another way I could buy it. They custom made my dream dress to my exact sizing, kept in touch during the process, and delivered it ahead of schedule. I am so so happy with it and couldn't be more impressed with them. If you're looking for a dress, I really could not recommend anywhere more, and the dress is perfect!

The dress arrived on time and the quality is generally decent, but communication throughout the process was lacking. I never received any updates or progress emails until it suddenly shipped. For a custom fit wedding dress order, even a simple “in production” update would have been appreciated.

My biggest issue is with the fit/design of the lace-up back. The dress appears to have been made with the bodice already at its tightest setting, which leaves almost no flexibility to tighten it further for support, shaping, or fit adjustments. Unfortunately, this made the fit much less flattering than expected and means I will likely need significant alterations despite ordering a custom-fit gown.

Unfortunately, current political tariff issues added roughly 30% to the cost which would have been non refundable and charged again on any remakes, which made pursuing a return financially unappealing in my case.

Overall, I appreciated that the dress arrived on time, but I expected better communication and a more functional fit for a custom-made dress.

I bought my dress a year and half ago and received it so fast! I believe it was about 6-7w. I wore for my wedding on 4/24/26 and it was stunning!! Everyone was in awe with it. The quality is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to any bride.

I ordered a custom sized Hellebore dress late last year. From ordering until delivery took around 2 months. I did not need any alterations which was great! ✨️ My customer service rep (Anastasia) was very helpful and communicative. I have zero problems and I felt amazing on my wedding day. The dress was exactly what I was expecting and fit me perfectly. I didn't get custom sizing just to use the sizing chart and my measurements and I was ecstatic when everything turned out perfect. I was super nervous buying online without being able to try it on but I got really lucky.

I had a great experience with this dress. It was perfect for a Spring Vegas Wedding. I ordered a size 20 and then lost a little weight therefore I had it altered. The shoulders were taken up an inch and she tacked the bust line as I did not want as much cleavage showing. The lace on the sleeves was a bit itchy so Anastasia has some tulle sent to me so I could have it sew into the arms by my seamstress. I ended up not doing that but I felt the effort to resolve the issue was sufficient. I got used to the sleeve and felt comfortable in the dress for the duration of the wedding and the after festivities.

This was truly the wedding dress of my dreams. It was made and tailored perfectly for me, and from the moment I first tried it on, I fell in love with it. I felt incredibly beautiful wearing it on my wedding day.

My dress is custom fitted and fantastic and the customer support was wonderful help. They are very clear with measurements they need for an exact fot on your dress. The quality of the dress and fabric is top notch and the finishes are elegant and perfect. I bought my dress in March of 2024 and they let me wait over 6 months before I sent in my measurements so that I was closer to the wedding before I got it made. I love everything about it! It's my dream 🥰

Best Dress Ever! I was able to get the best of both worlds when I purchased this dress for my reception. When we were announced as Mr. and Mrs. French, I came out wearing my new cute flirty dress, and there were gasps, exclamations of, "oh my gosh!", and screams of excitement! I loved every moment spent in it and wish I could find a million occasions to wear it again. Thank you! The quality is perfection; it is strong, durable, full, and fit like a glove. I had it altered to be a bit longer for dancing without worrying about it being too short. Perfect!

The best customer service I have ever received from a company was from Olivia Bottega. I had to switch my original dress, and the team at OB helped me decide on my perfect replacement. They worked with me to find something available in my size, last minute (not because of anything on their end, I just waited too long to buy a dress!), that they could ship to me for my wedding. They answered my emails promptly and gave me tons of dress recommendations and personal opinions until I found the perfect dress for me!

I ordered a dress which said it would be ready in 8 weeks and paid extra for a rush order to get it in 6 weeks. I checked in a few weeks later to make sure it would still make it in time and they assured me it would. Then they emailed me the day the dress was supposed to be delivered a week before my wedding to tell me they didn't have the right fabric so the dress wouldn't arrive. I was refunded the price of the dress, but not the extra rush order fee.
