Worst customer service wrong product
You are negating the fact this is 100% your entire error so the onus is on you to arrange collection & send out my original order that was paid for in full & had extra paid for fast delivery. Your at fault not me GOOD customer care would have been what I asked for YOU arrange collection of the wrong items you sent to me & you send my correct order at the same time with a refund for my additional payment for fast delivery. But your such an epically pathetic service you are too stupid to do right by a customer who actually is in the right. I cannot believe how bad your service is, process is great but when it’s all your fault & not the customers you should want to stand up and do their right thing. Clearly you do not have a moral obligation in your processes so I want nothing to do with you. As said the wrong product you sent is going to charity, it’s not about money it’s about doing the right thing by your absolute inability to get the correct order out & resolved quickly, wouldn’t waste my time with such a terrible company .
Purchased & paid extra for fast delivery. They sent the wrong item & now want me to return it & wait for the return to be processed before sending my actual purchased product. I asked them to send the product I purchased & arrange collection of the wrong item sent & they won’t. Honestly worst customer service ever it’s their fault their mistake & I’m the one who they want to do their work sending back & then have to wait! Why would’ve have paid the extra if waiting wasn’t an issue absolutely ridiculous company. Honestly save yourselves the trouble I’ll give my wrong delivery to charity and purchase elsewhere! Rubbish company & terrible customer service not worth wasting your time with. Pathetic!

Really bad advertising
Nothing made it great. I in my belief bought a sheet which was very badly advertised. The advert made you think you were getting a full duvet set but when it arrived it was actually only a sheet. I will not be dealing with this company again!!
