I will start by explaining that if I could give this service ZERO stars then I would. I work within a Customer Facing role and I can honestly say that I am so disapointed. This is not a London Based company they are obviously in China.
I ordered a really lovely dress and it arrived, in 2 pieces and was very cheap and nasty. The whole outfit would have fitted a size 8-10 however, I had ordered a much much bigger size. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED RETAILER.

Terrible fake clothes - be warned! They don’t offer refunds. Just pay for shipping back to china. It’s a fake scam site.

Don't be mislead when it says 'London' - the items take weeks to arrive and are a nightmare to return because they come from China. No where on the website does it indicate this which it misleading and false advertising.

Bought a dress for £65. Quality of the dress was fine in my option however it took 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it did not fit. I wanted to return the dress as it says 30 day return on the website. This was practically impossible. After negotiations back and forth they gave me a 30% refund and 30% store credit and let me keep the dress which I cannot wear.

It says on their website that it is 30 day returns. I can confirm it is absolutely NOT! When they finally give you the return information it is to a warehouse in china and they expect you to pay shipping fees and customs fees. This is why I accepted the 30% as it would cost more to send back. The address they gave me to return when typed into google did not exist. Communication from the seller was shocking too. Please please please avoid!

False advertising, the quality of the dresses are cheap SHEIN style dresses, SHEIN is probably better quality, I have to email to get a return and they keep offering alternatives and and are making it incredibly difficult to make a return.

Once they give you a return address it’s in China and they request tracked delivery with no refund guarantee. Considering the item arrived without tags I doubt I would get a refund.

Anyway this is a common theme according to the banks, lots of company’s using this model so watch out.

I was genuinely excited to receive this dress, but it turned out to be an absolute disappointment from start to finish.
The fabric feels incredibly cheap and nasty.
The fit is completely off. The sizing seems random at best—too tight in some places and oddly baggy in others.
The colour is also misleading. What I received looks dull and faded compared to the vibrant shade advertised online.
Overall, this feels like a very low-quality item. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re prepared to be disappointed. Customer service is nonexistent. Dreadful, run far, far away!

It's a scam - do not buy from them - the goods are appaling and they do not allow returns - I will be taking them to small claims courrt

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Classic dropshipping returns trap. Market as “London” brand,
ship cheap items from China. If you complain or request a refund they make it as hard as possible - offer 10–20% refund or force return to China. Return is so expensive/risky that most people give up.

I received 2 items of clothing and wanted to return because they didn’t fit me properly. They make the return process very difficult.

Only giving 1 star as 0 isn’t an option!!! Wish I had read this before ordering!!! Dress came faulty can see it’s a manufacturing fault but they can’t refund me I need to choose something else

If this happens to you, act quickly: contact your bank and start a dispute (chargeback) to try to recover your money. Also report suspected fraud to Action Fraud and get advice from Citizens Advice so others can be protected and the issue can be investigated.
I had a very poor experience with this company. The service/product was not delivered as promised, and communication was poor or unresponsive.

Scammers!! Says the company was founded in 2006 in london but is actually a chinese business started in 2026 (false adverstising) ordered weeks ago and havent recieved anything, thankfully raised a dispute with my credit card company and won the refund back. Reverse image searched the same dresses and have found them on websites for a fractuon of the price olivia rose london is selling for. Comments are all turned off on Instagram for a reason, multiple others stating they have also been scammed AVOID!!!!!

Very poor quality, sizing all wrong.
After 15 emails back and forth they offered to give 20% of the cost back. I am in dispute to recover full amount.

Id give this site 0 if I could but It wont let me. This site is a huge scam AI generated pictures and reviews. Ive just received one of the three dresses I ordered. No label, no branding cheap material and nothing like what was advertised. Should of been drop shoulder but the neck isnt big enough and the fabric doesnt stretch. The zip should of been at the back but its at the side the bust sits above the bust ill fitting cheap rubnish. It wasnt worth £44.95 let alone £90 its original price but thats to draw you in. Its not even the same colour. Its traded under so many different names. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Im trying to do the returns process but im not expecting much. I think im going to have to swallow the £123 + loss. Its says it has a 30 day money back guarantee but thats to draw you in two. Its not london designed nor is it london based found an address for the netherlands and items come from china and india with no UK base. You have to return at upur own cost. I feel so stupid for thinking it was genuine. Please dont buy from this site dont get taken in by tbe tik tok adds either. Ive reported to trading standards.

Do not buy from this company I do not know how it is still open. The company says its based in london it is not it is based in China. Delivery takes 3 weeks! The quality of the dress is horrific it is see through and nothing like the picture. They are a scam wesite they only offer a 10% refund and they offer you to keep the dress that shows that they are aware of how bad their products are. You also have to pay for the return. Please do not buy.

Very poor quality clothing. When I wanted to return the very overpriced products that were not true to size, I was told I would have to pay considerable shipping return costs that would not make it worth while. They gave me credits to some selected products, which I ordered but very limited choice. When received they were very low quality again and unwearable. Do not waste your money!

If I could give zero stars I would. Clothing is very poor quality and not that cheap . Photos on site make out clothing to be a lot better quality than it is. Makes out in London but stuff comes from a lot further.

DONT NOT USE!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Only giving them one star as I have too! SHEIN has better quality products. When you try too return they give you everything but a full refund! Then after weeks you finally get a return address it’s in china and cost a fortune too return! Despite not mentioning that anywhere on the website.
