Products smell so lovely and always packaged well and arrive really quickly 5 stars

Oh where do I start with this amazing brand? I think I have tried almost all OH scents and never have been disappointed. So much so that I am continually restocking my collection of candles and melts so that I never run out. It's so difficult to pick a favourite to be honest! But if forced to choose, I burn what suits the weather - on warm sunny days I love The Wedding and Greek Odyssey, on colder days I love the cosy scent of Weekend in Paris or anything from the Christmas range, and Tea in the Orangery and Wild Heather for the in-between days. Currently have my Weekend in Paris candle lit. Genuinely love this brand and the quality of the products - the scent projects really well and fills the space. The service delivery is incredible - orders always arrive within a few days of ordering and well packaged and the products themselves look beautiful.

Hi Thanks so much for candle Today’s my daughter birthday but can I ask is it possible to conceal your delivery box if it’s for a birthday. Unfortunately she saw it when it was delivered a few days before her birthday by the post she saw it So I was sad she saw the box and realised what she was receiving . She loves all your products but please maybe could plain box be used if for a birthday? Just a wee thought and thank you again

Par excellence but I would advise to return to melts in the circular tubs you had previously or promote your own Delph melt burner...anyway, continued success, we really like your fragrance choices and they rema8n sublime anytime, anywhere at any t8me of year.

I was very excited to receive my Olivia’s Haven package!! The wax melts smell wonderful (as usual) and I’m looking forward to using my Christmas candle in December. I bought some wax melts for my son’s school staff and I know that they will love them as much as I do! Very quick delivery, lovely little note inside the box…well done Olivia’s Haven!

Received order very quickly.

Delivery was super fast - less than 24 hours after I had ordered which was great because I could not wait to try the new scents. I bought the Pear Tree scent set which has my home smelling gorgeous. Was back in the shop last week picking up some Christmas presents - one of which I have since gifted to myself :-)
