I've been using this as an employee and…
I've been using this as an employee and it's not been great. There is no functionality to the platform, which is just a cover for the reality of a support team doing everything behind the scenes. Except they don't do anything, no one replies, nothing gets done.
I don't mind the functionality not being platform based, but then if I can't self-serve you need a great support environment.
