An HR Company that doesn’t do HR
I am deeply disappointed with Omnipresent’s handling of employee relations, particularly regarding fair treatment and due process. A company that prides itself on global HR solutions should set a higher standard for how it treats its own employees.
Recently, an employee was abruptly terminated for allegedly misusing internal tools without any prior warning, discussion, or opportunity to rectify the situation. Instead of following a fair and transparent disciplinary process, Omnipresent chose to fire the employee immediately and, to make matters worse, refused to provide any severance pay.
The employee ended up in the hospital due to the stress of the situation while the legal proceedings were taking place, Omnipresent DID NOT provide any sort of solution and it was the local legal employer that had to be sued while Omnipresent was at fault and not replying to any emails or contact attempts, their only reply was NO.
A company’s integrity is reflected in how it treats its employees, especially in challenging situations. The lack of due process and refusal to provide even a minimal severance package raises serious concerns about Omnipresent’s commitment to fairness, employee well-being, and ethical business practices.
If Omnipresent expects trust from its clients and workforce, it must demonstrate the same principles it claims to uphold; transparency, fairness, and respect. Until these issues are addressed, I would advise potential employees and partners to carefully reconsider engaging with this “company”.

Great experience!
My experience was excellent overall. I received great support and guidance throughout the entire process. Gaby was always helpful, responsive and clear, which I truly appreciated, especially in this type of transition. Her efficiency and clear communication made everything run much more smoothly.
No idea about Greek tax and admin systems
My employer used omnipresent as the employer of record in Greece and I'm disappointed to say, Omnipresent has been a major hurdle in my attempt to submitting an important tax relief application with the Greek state.
The original employment records they had drafted as part of my hiring were simply wrong and also they have almost no Greek speaking staff in their support team. Given that these employees can be sometimes on vacation, there can be long stretches of time with no Greek speaking stuff to discuss financial / tax or any other job-related issue.
On top of that the non-greek speaking staff have no idea how any employer-related administrative task works and so when after requesting the simplest gov.gr-verified employer form that they were my current employee, over 6 months passed by before they actually delivered it. This is a document that any (other) greek employer would be able to issue in mere minutes.
This has also been the reason I missed an important deadline in the aforementioned tax relief form.
Consider going freelance or ask your employer to use another EoR if you're thinking of working remotely from Greece.

Great EOR with 5 star support for employees
My company uses Omnipresent as an EOR in Portugal. I've had a very positive experience since my onboarding. The Omnipresent team is easy to contact and their support is always quick, helpful, and friendly.
Whenever I've had questions or even urgent requests for documentation, for example, I always got a knowledgeable and fast response. I would confidently recommend Omnipresent to other companies.
You have to do their job for them.
Generally very poor. Took several months of us basically running a visa process to get a team member over the line, that they then tried to pass on costs for.
Our team are very uncomplimentary about the employee experience - one team member felt it was the worst EOR he'd used, having gone through all of them. Lacks flexibility or transparency for payment structuring for US employees.
Completely bungled paying a bonus and had to have my CFO chase them for a multitude of invoices. In general, would avoid and look at other providers - they're cheap, but you're losing time with your own team as a result of having to do their job for them - would not recommend.
Sales team were very good, perhaps unsurprisingly.

Sound and Solid Organisation
Omnipresent represented me for a previous contract when I worked for a European organisation, I think overall they provided a good solid service. Even when there were a couple of potential issues they were on hand to resolve them professionally.
I actually worked on the tender to appoint Omnipresent and they provided a decent commercial offer that saved the relevant organisation money on their hires.
What I have been more impressed by is that when they represented me it was a few years ago and when I have needed to contact them about my employment records they have kept their portal open to me and also communicated and helped me in a timely manner to which i appreciate.
Overall I would be happy to recommend Omnipresent.

Omnipresent made things as easy as they could be, helping reduce the friction of the process as much as possible.
They were both friendly and professional, guided me through the process step by step, the information was spot on, the language clear, and made a quite stressful process become pretty bearable, which was both awesome and super welcome.
