I was hired in august and Omnipresent help me with the onboarding. In the whole process I always had a person to ask my questions, so I felt really accompanied during the process.
However, it is true that sometimes I didn’t know all the steps of the onboarding process and didn’t know the steps remaining. This, I would like to had a little more of transparency.

I've been employed by Omnipresent Spain for several months already and my experience has been awesome! Given that this is my first employment in Spain, I had numerous questions and requests related to formalities, legal and taxation during my onboarding. The Omnipresent support team has been super responsive and helpful in resolving all of them. Omnipresent does have strong competency in the local labor and tax laws, which is impressive given how broad the international presence of Omnipresent is.

The onboarding process on its own was very easy and straightforward. Soon after the onboarding I received my first salary, which is paid on the last business day of each month.
