After 3 weeks with onto I would tell them this: - Too expensive monthly fee looking at the car, mileage allowance and add-ons. - £260 to deliver and return a car?! Ridiculous, specially you don't... Toon meer

Sadly, once again, I've had to contact Onto support for help with my Instavolt card. The person I spoke to did not instil any confidence that the matter would be resolved. However, after contacting the company by email, I did receive a more satisfactory answer. It still doesn't explain why this problem has happened again, but at least it looks like the problem may be resolved.
Sadly, every day at Onto is Groundhog Day, so I don't have a lot of confidence that this, and the many other issues I've experienced, will ever get fully resolved.

On several occasions I haven’t been able to redeem my regards points. The app is never working or up to date so mileage is never up to date on a few occasions I went over my mileage and was charged a lot more.
Customer service is not very helpful either.
Generally speaking ONTO is not a company I would recommend to my family or friends as their services are over rated and they can never resolve my issues.

The worst experience. When I had an issue adding my husband as a named driver, their customer service representative on the phone was so unhelpful, rude and didn't fully understand the situation, When I tried to explain, I asked to speak to a manager and was told no, they won't tell you any different. With so many other companies now offering this service, I would urge anyone thinking about it to go to a different company. We will be changing as soon as possible.

You say delivery within 72 hours - the earliest you offered me was 7 days. On the the day of the delivery, you checked the car over and found a fault, meaning the car was not deemed acceptable for delivery. No alternative car was offered, instead I have to pay for a hire car from enterprise, which onto will then refund 2 weeks later. Also, onto showcase a plethora of cars as options, however I only had the option of the most expensive car in the range, or a Renault Zoe, which isn’t suitable for a family. I have had to bend over backwards to obtain a car, and onto have barely flexed a muscle. Terrible service and customer service

The worst customer support I've ever experienced. Expect to pay out the nose when you return the car. £150 for bird poo! £170 to replace a brand new tyre with another tyre. The you ask for evidence you get none and instead a court threat if you dont pay. I think Ive spent more time on the phone to them than driving the car.
Delivered covered in stains. broken stereo. Really bad stains. Id be here all day if I listed it all.
The arrogance of the executives that also have a huge number that dont know anything about their own processes. ( everyone is an executive for some reason!? ) AVOID This company and just use Enterprise. Car will be in better condition.

I have been so pleased with the service from Onto from the start to the end of my subscription. It has given me peace of mind to know all my car expenses from services to charging in advance. The Zoe I had was a lovely car, small enough to nip around the city but with a practical boot for the size and great range.
When I was involved in a bump, the customer service was great and not only was a courtesy car provided whilst mine was being repaired, the fuel I bought was reimbursed.
Returning the car was fine, I had read some horror stories on the community chat, but got an email within two weeks to say they were happy with the condition on return.
Other than that, it's been a smooth, seamless experience and I would happily recommend them.

Great customer service, fast comms, car is great. Only downside is the Shell recharge in this area isn’t great. Loads of instavolt stations but onto don’t offer that bolt on anymore

I have had a few issues with the car I subscribe to with Onto.
To cut a long story short, I have been dealing with Holly Bissell who is a customer services executive. He has been so incredibly helpful when I have what has seemed like issue after issue. He had been able to help me each time and resolve the problem. Its been incredibly stressful, but he has honestly been a life save with his help! A real credit to Onto! Thank you!
