Having acquired my Grand Lange 1 from Onaro (which was a great experience) it developed an unexpected issue. I spoke to Matthew and James who asked me to bring the watch into them.
They couldn’t explain the issue, so it went to their watchmaker who was able to identify and solve the problem. The communication from
Matthew and James was outstanding, and they ensured the watch was in perfect working order before I went in to collect it.

The customer service was outstanding, the communication was incredibly professional, while personable.

Buying a luxury watch without seeing it in person or meeting the vendor can be stressful. James from Onaro provided great advice and constant communication with no pressure at all. It was clear that he wanted me to buy the correct watch and have a good experience, both of which were achieved. Everything from initial contact through regular updates and to delivery was positive and helpful and I cannot recommend James and Onaro highly enough. Onaro. He was willing to work with me to get me the watch I liked, answering a1000 questions patiently. Unlike many dealers nowadays, Onaro was happy to let me view watches without insisting on weird deposits. From finding the exact, brand new timepiece, available online via their website to next working day doorstep delivery following full payment. I really cannot fault the superb customer experience and service received from James at Onaro Ltd.

Initially talked me through the full specification and background of the item which was really informative and taught me a couple of things I was not aware of. Followed up with further pictures of the piece for my own confirmation and then seamlessly on to the business end of the transaction. At no point was there any pressure regarding a sale, it was just a super relaxed and comfortable deal.

I found Onaro via another watch finder site online and sought to deal with Onara directly. The communication was prompt and I received professional service throughout, James answered all my inquisitive questions well and patiently. The time piece I was enquiring quickly became unavailable, due to demand. Within 36 hours James found me the same time piece model that was brand new.
James made me feel comfortable regarding a large purchase and kept me fully informed at every stage. This level of reassurance, is likening to traditional customer service, were your service matters to them and you.
