Very disappointed with oneakids. The pillow quality is extremely poor and does not match the description at all. It’s just basic polyester and feels cheap, not soft or durable like they claim. For $59.99, this is completely overpriced. It looks like a mass-produced item shipped from China and resold here at a much higher price. The description is misleading. I would not recommend buying from this site.

I had a terrible experience with OneKids. I bought two pieces for my granddaughter, but they were too small for the dress and the sweater was too thick for the weather. I requested a return several times, but they didn’t respond to me for a while.
They don’t even have customer phone number like other company so I was waiting for more than a month .
Finally , I got an email from one of their employees email but she was asking reason for return which I provide several times and didn’t respond me again .
It has been 2 months now so I am going to dispute credit card charge from my bank .
They are good at selling their stuff but they don’t want to follow up customer’s needs or Request .
I will NEVER buy stuff from this company again .

I’m happy to update that one person stepped up and helped me. I’m glad because this company sells beautiful clothing. I would order again in the future.

Steer clear of this company. They are reselling amazon products and marking the price up over 2x. Almost every review on this site mentions how there were shipping delays with their order. It is because they issue a shipping label once you place your order. They then order the product from Amazon and send it to you once they receive it, which is why there is such a long delay between when the shipping label is created and when it arrives. We placed on order for a $140 product, it look 2 weeks to arrive, and when it arrived it had tags that were clearly from amazon (nevermind the quality was terrible). We then searched amazon and quickly found the same product with the same pictures from the ONEA site for $60. We requested a return for the product and never heard back from them. We then sent another request saying we would report them to the BBB and they quickly sent us a return label. It's been over 2 months since we sent the product back and we still haven't received our money back. This company is a scam, please do not fund their fraudulent activity.

Terrible terrible company. I placed an order for two dresses on March 3rd. On their website it stated the order will be shipped 1-3 business days. Today is March 12th and my order is not processed yet. I reached out twice to their customer service and got no solution whatsoever. I am trying to get the refund, nothing happened yet. So I can only imagine it will take even longer and more annoying struggle to get my refund( IF I can even get my refund).
