Ewan scotting was helpful. Polite and did what he said he would try to do I would not hesitate to deal with him again and will recommend him in any relevant conversations for commercial insurance matters.

My previous broker left me high and dry, complete silence and cost me nearly £5k in lost revenue due to uninsured vehicles being unusable. Called one call, spoke to Trey and quite literally 1 call later, im insured and my fleet are back on the road! Might add that when my previous broker found out, they informed me my premium had doubled with them..... Trey...... same price plus an admin fee! Cannot recommend them enough and have no plans to change broker if this is the service level they work to provide!!! Trey = Legend!

I had gone online to get a quote for my buildings and contents insurance , not a standard quote . I was contacted by Leighton Roberts whose manner was reassuring and quickly got to work .He listened which made sure he got the details exactly right and was good at explaining every step . I felt even by phone he transmitted that personal touch. The whole thing had taken less time and less money than I had expected.

Went through the process fine & received the appropriate documentation in good time.

3 to 4 weeks before my policy needed renewed I got email from Leighton Roberts to remind me that the renewal was coming soon and to check that everything was fine with my policy and if any changes were needed. This early proactive approach saved me a lot of last-minute headaches and hassle, plus the renewal quote was very favourable, so that's me sorted for another year without any worries or long phone calls. If you're in the market for business insurance give them a try, definitely one of the better companies to deal with :-)

Kieran and the Commercial Team are really on top of their game .Complex and extensive Motor Trade Policy renewal, completed in record time and only a £200 increase on multi thousand pound premium must put the team in the top ten of commercial brokers in the country for effort .
