Please, if there’s anything good I can do for you it’d be to encourage you not to buy from this place. Paid close to retail price for what I ordered and it doesn’t even work anymore. “2-4 business days” for it to deliver? nope more like 2-4 weeks just to get an update on your order. If they do any quality checks on the product before selling it to you, they definitely ignore any faults or defects and gladly send it your way. Terrible customer service, terrible quality of the product.

Bought a Ps5 on trademe, got delivered within a week with regular updates. I highly recommend this business

They do not care about customer service.
It took them a week to provice me a tracking number 02/02 but the item has not been scanned by the courier until this day (08/02).
Please save your money and your time by not doing business with them.

No contact cannot return goods for refund no contact details

Don't buy from these fraudulent f#^kers at all. Purchased a vr headset for $799 was given a tracking numbe after 3 days thought sweet matches up with the shipping time frame they gave me fast forward another week not a single tracking update requested a refund and have just been given the run around for the last month claiming the refund has been processed at their end but have spoken to trademe and afterpay and they haven't even been made aware of a single refund.

Now they finally reply another 2 weeks later with the exact same rinse and repeat email saying it's been processed and their accounts team are on holiday and it won't be updated till after the 2nd week of January thank you for your patience.

They'll do anything to hold off paying you back and am yet to recieve any money.

Afterpay won't help either and trade me have done nothing. I hope their business fails or someone takes them down absolutely disgusting fraudulent dispecable behavior.

Please for the safety of your money and financial security dont make the same mistake as me listen to the bad reviews and ignore the fake 1 in a hundred positive reviews and stay the hell away from this company.

Horrific experience. We purchased two iMacs for our office space earlier in the year, which we were told were in stock and would be shipped within a few days.

Over a week later, these had still not been shipped, so we requested the order to be canceled and a refund issued. We received confirmation via email that this would happen, but months later, we are still yet to receive our money back.

Attempts to email support have resulted in responses claiming our transaction was "fraudulent" and is being "investigated," which is completely untrue (the purchase was made by our team using our company bank account). Email support responses are also sent from 4PM-5PM, meaning our replies can't be answered until the following day.

Oncheq is withholding our money and taking as many steps as possible to make the refund process impossible for us. We'll be taking them to the tribunal or filing legal action ASAP.

Do not shop here.

Ordered a smartwatch via Reebelo, waited two weeks for a tracking number and received the wrong watch in a fly s@#t covered box. This was meant to be a Christmas present and now I have to return it, wait for them to reply and possibly get a refund sometime next year. Disgusting.

Terrible company to deal with. Falsely listed items, one received not working. Agreed to replace and did so with the same inferior items, completely disregarding me stating it was not what I ordered.
After many emails from them arguing it wasn't false advertising (it was) and offering poor partial refunds, it took filing a complaint via trademe for them to agree to refund.
Returned the purchase AGAIN, 3 weeks later still no refund. They verge on harassment trying to get their (deserved) bad feedback removed along with threats of "taking it further" if you don't. They will post false bad feedback on you in retaliation and try to use it as leverage that they'll remove it if you remove their feedback.
Reopened trademe complaint, they then claimed to have already processed the refund, still nothing. Gave them a few more days, still no refund so I told them it was theft and gave them one week to refund before I contacted disputes tribunal, commerce commission and the media. Lo and behold, they ask for bank details (lied that it had already been refunded) and it was processed same day (minus postage which they publicly claimed they were happy to pay for their "error" - don't trust their feedback responses).
Six weeks of unnecessary drama finally over but really had to pull the power cards to get there. Advice to others - they were so worried about feedback, threaten to go public with their antics and watch them roll over.

I have shopped at Onecheq for a few products and I absolutely loved their communication. The product was as described and no issues with delivery. It came within the timeframe mentioned on their website as well.

Fast shipping and delivery, highly recommended , legit company with awesome people.

No communication, sending faulty products only to replace it with more faulty products and when we asked for refund they are yet to give us our money back - round 4 weeks since we returned their rubbish products!

Avoid trading with them!

UPDATE: I started a transaction dispute with my bank, which has today been ruled in my favour. If you're struggling to get a refund like I was, CONTACT YOUR BANK.

I first searched this company, read a few of the reviews here, and also found a news article about how their business had been scammed in the past.
If you're thinking "Oh it's a New Zealand company, I'll give them some business.", don't.
There's almost no transparency with orders, and I don't believe their website accurately reflects stock levels.

I bought some RAM for my PC on 23 September 2022, and received an email saying 2-5 working days to dispatch.
On the 29th I emailed them because the tracking number status hadn't changed. I followed up again the next day and was told there were delays due to some staff having covid.
On the 4th October my order number disappeared from the website, so I emailed again asking what was happening. Told my order had been processed, and that it would be picked up by a courier in their next run.
I received an NZ Post tracking number, but this never moved beyond the Ticket Assigned status.
They emailed me on the 10th asking whether I had received my order, and when I said no, they said they would investigate further or they could issue me a refund.
Their website said they had one more of the item in stock, so I asked whether they could just send me another one. They said it wasn't in stock, and the website quickly changed to reflect this.

I don't believe the item was ever in stock.

Today is the 7th November 2022, and I'm still waiting for a refund.

Onecheq are terrible to deal with. I contacted them to see if they had a product in stock and ready to ship and they said they did. Once I made the payment for the product the excuses started immediately and they clearly lied about having the product in stock. They lied about shipping the product with NZ Post (they never picked it up from them) and then agreed to pay a refund, which they never did despite numerous emails (which they have stopped replying to). They are still yet to pay and I'm having to take them to the Disputes Tribunal. Don't purchase from Onecheq!
