The company promotes continuous learning that helps their employees open new doors for a lot of opportunities which leads to the growth for both employees and the company. With that, I am beyond grateful working with One CoreDev IT!

Six months in and I have no concerns to raise.

The people are great, One Core employees are very approachable. My teammates are also approachable and I love their energy. I do hope my future team members are as well.

I'm not one to lean into office drama and marites peeps so it's probably because I'm not in the loop, I just filter them out subconsciously or it does not exist (I hope), which is great for my mental health.

CORE values employee growth, providing ample opportunities for personal and professional development. They foster a dynamic environment that empowers employees to grow and showcase their capabilities effectively.

I'm beyond grateful to be part of Core. Being part of Core was one of the best decisions that I made. It was life-changing for me: healthy work-life balance, great bosses and leaders, colleagues, freedom to express your thoughts and experiences at work, and especially a compassionate HR/Admin and all-back office. Thank you, Core, for this kind of opportunity to be part of it. I'm enthusiastic!
