I ordered a bivvy. Never got a dispatch email so I emailed them they replied saying will b extra 7 days and gave me royal mail tracking number.
So used it and said it was delivered today the pic of proof of delivery was blury and could make out one hand holding the package which is impossible to hold a bivvy with one hand. I would put pic on here but don't know how.
Don't not use this company all the good reviews are fake.
Gutted in hard times wanted to treat myself now might be a lot of money out of pocket if can get it recovered. Lesson learnt tho always do research before handing cash over.

Scam scam !!! Fake tracking numbers / don’t receive your order and strings you along for you refund but never issues it !!! Fake company that are being investigated!

I read the initial reviews on here, which turns out were all fabricated to create a false positive image of this new company. Bought a reel, received the confirmation of sale. Didn't receive any notification that it had been dispatched for over a week, so emailed, was told it would be sent that week. After this time had passed, I emailed again, was told there was a delay, and that it happens. Now was told that it would be 8-10 days but gave me a tracking number. The number was showing it was coming from China! The company address on their website is in the UK, though since checking it on maps, it is for a training company in Derby! Eventually the parcel arrived, it felt very light. I opened it and it was some fishing line, worth approx £5, not the expensive reel that I'd ordered.
I emailed and asked for a refund, no replies. I have since contacted my bank, who have confirmed many reports of similar issues with this fraudulent company.
I've reported it to The Insolvency Service, but their response was "Our decision
We have decided not to investigate the company at this time. We have made this
decision based on all the information available to us.
We are sorry that this is not the outcome that you had hoped for, and we understand
that our decision will be disappointing."

Please avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered 3 shimano xte 14000 reels and didn't receive no tracking and no information about delivery I emailed them and they emailed back 2-3 days later and sent me a tracking number which was for an address in Irvine!! I live in Warrington, England! The picture on the delivery that had been delivered today wasn't even the size of one of the reels this person who is doing this website are scammers do not buy from them I have messaged them about it again and getting no reply I want my refund!
My sister works for Royal mail so I will be finding out the exact address for that parcel as they have probably sent themselves a parcel so I will post the address on here so everyone can find them!

JUST ANOTHER SCAMMER. DO NOT make any purchases from this company. Everything looks legit but it is far from it. Purchased a Fox frontier x bivvy and vapour shield. Two large items. I live in the south west. Pachage delivered today to an address in Glasgow. Picture of delivery royal mail sent me is a very small package. Clearly not my items.

The guy is a crook! Police are investigating and Derbyshire police will be visiting the premises later today!
Credit card company also reported theft

BIG FRAUD AND SCAM COMPANY. Do not buy anything as they only want your money. today my fishing bed weighing 20 kgs was delivered to some address and the photo showed a package held in palm of his hand. my credit card issuer confirmed the scam and will get my money back, but do not be fooled by them. Had to wait 25 days to be scammed.

I would avoid I have read Old comments, I rang them says can't connect to this number, also messaged them asking questions about a product no answer

I ordered on the 26th of July, 10 days later still no dispatch notice or any communication at all. After numerous un answered phone calls and voicemails an email finally got a response….. and so continues the saga.
Richard provided the appropriate apologies along side a tracking number for Royal Mail. The tracking number was just for pre paid postage not an actual parcel dropped at post office but benefit of the doubt I decided to wait it out. Well 7 days later it’s been delivered to an address in Scotland which couldn’t get any further away from my address in Cornwall. I can only assume it was a complete duff parcel delivery or there was an attempt to play catch up and give me someone else’s late tracking number to provide further time to get my actual item to me. After emailing again I received another response from Richard on the 15th of August stating I will receive a refund in 3-5 days and that he has “contacted his team and they will be proceed with a new order free of charge” laughable as right now I may be lucky just to get my money back!
Either a complete and utter scam or the worst run business in history. If items are delayed a little bit of customer contact would go a long way but poorly handled from beginning to end with numerous chances given to rectify it.

SCAMMER! I was fooled and placed an order after seeing the 12 positive reviews. Since then I have had no contact from OneFisherman.co.uk. Due to this I contacted Richard and he informed my item had been dispatched, however, there maybe a 7 day delay. I was given a false royal tracking number as item is showing in Glasgow, I live in the far south of England! Further emails offering a refund that never came! I have contacted my credit card provider for reimbursement. PLEASE AVOID! SCAMMER!

Scam - takes money, don’t send the order and gotta to case for a refund that’s if you get still waiting !! I will update if I receive my refund

scam scam scam address is a training centre and the photo of pallets of goods are gym equipment,you cannot connect with them by their one mobile phone number and email address is a dodgy one ,be warned

Terrible company placed a order finally got tracking number that was recognized said it was delivered by royal mail tracking site no sign of item checked on where it said it was delivered to and it was Northampton about 3 hrs from where it was ment to be. called them and no answer £76 out of pocket

No delivery update following the payment. I had to email after 7 days to see what was happening. I was given a reference To track the parcel which isn’t recognised as valid by Royal Mail. Requested a refund now and will contact my credit card provider if I don’t get the refund.

This company is a Genuine company. I ordered an item that I wasn’t going to receive in time for my Holiday. One fisherman refunded me without any hesitation as the goods would not have been needed after a certain date. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 👌🏻👍🏻

Same initial bad experience as others, I have sent an email asking to cancel my purchase, sent a text, numerous phone calls to the only number known, which is a mobile. No response from them. Update after 24 hrs had an email response asking for my bank account details to issue a refund. This alone seems risky as I’m sure they can refund without taking my bank details. I asked for a PayPal refund. If they refund I will update this review. Final update I have upgrade my score to 3 stars as today I have received a refund in full after 3 days of initial purchase.
