Fantastic quick response
I had a quarter zip top that I got as a gift and I wanted it to be embroidered with a club badge. I contacted customer service and they were back to me within a few hours. I had to send a photo so there was a couple of emails back and fourth but every time the representative got back to me in no time at all. I then posted the top back to the address I was told to and received the finished product back to me within 72 hours which I was extremely impressed with. The quality of the product was fantastic. All round a very helpful and tentative response from the excellent customer service team.
Poor customer service, refund not received
Items received in good time, kept one item which is nice quality and returned the rest. Received email confirmation of receipt of return and that it had been processed and refund would be with me in 3-4 days - 3 weeks later, still no refund and no reply from customer service. So a total of over 7 weeks from when I returned the item with no refund and no responses from customer service.
Excellent Service
From the very start of visiting and meeting Nadine, organising our family members wake was easy, and we were treated with such kindness, respect and compassion. Kyle was amazing with assisting us with a video to be played during this time. The food was so nice, everyone complimented on how nice it was. We would definitely recommend this venue. Staff are such a delight, helpful and friendly.

Love this place — gorgeous surroundings, such a welcoming vibe, and the breakfast was unreal. Definitely coming back again without a doubt!

Small fitting jersey
Bought a jersey for my daughter in October for Christmas. The sizing was exceptionally small so it didn’t fit. O’Neils refused to exchange it even though it had tags on and has never been worn. Very narrow exchange/return timeframe and zero flexibility or customer service.

I was given a Jacket for Christmas by a family member. It was too small so I wanted to get a bigger size. They didn't have it so I asked for a credit note.
They only refund me the sale price of 25.00. it was 40.00. I felt this was very mean. They told me it was company policy. All the labels where on it. I don't have the receipt as it was a GIFT. Every year I spend a lot if money in O'Neill's but not any more. I think at Christmas there should be some leeway. So they have lost a good paying customer. Marks and spencer always issue a credit note in such a situation. so vote with your wallet lots of sports shops around

Brutal customer experience. Place an order and get zero confirmation emails. Contact support and they gaslight you... Get a grip O'Neills and sort your processes out. Also, your lead times on shipping is disgraceful in country. Still don't know if my purchase is being processed and funds were taken.
Warning to all US customers, don't buy anything
The import tax on a $60 shirt was $44. When filing a complaint with DHL, they indicated that O'Neill sports could have easily estimated the import tax on the item. Instead they chose to say unknown. If I had any idea it would be that much I wouldn't have thought an item. So buyer beware
