Prioritised my order to get it to me in time for a match!

Amazing customer service from O’Neills. I left it very late to order Louth jerseys for the Leinster final. I contacted them in the hope they could prioritise my order and they did just that. Jerseys were dispatched that same day and arrived on the Saturday morning. Thank you O’Neills, it’s very rare to get that level of “local” customer service these days when shopping online.

Although a system issue on eir code, the customer service of the staff in terms of communication and effort was very good.

I had a fantastic experience Carole was amazing to deal with I ordered a half and half jersey at short notice and it was not a problem

I ordered a personalised jersey for a newborn infant. When the email came to say they had received the order there was a slight difference between the wording that I had wanted and what O’Neills had received. When I saw this I was afraid that the system would follow through with the error and it would be impossible to stop the production. I got in touch with Customer Service and Carole kindly put my fears to rest, assuring me she had sent the information to her team to ensure the personalisation would be applied as per my instructions. I was much relieved to hear this and obviously extremely grateful. Dealing with O’Neills, and Carole, has been a pleasure and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Amazing helpful staff..I forgot to order an item on time and emailed customer service. Ben was so helpful and although was my fault for late order, they still managed to fast track my order and get it ASAP.. super happy! Thanks guys

Fantastic Customer Service from Callum. I had communication with minutes of sending my message. I would highly recommend O'Neills for purchasing from their online store.

I had an issue with an order I made,not a fault of O’Neills themselves but Ben in costumer service went above and beyond for me and was excellent. I couldn’t fault o’neills or the staff. I will continue to buy for them. I had a very happy boy today.

Customer service efficient and respond quickly.
However an online company in 2025 making the customer pay for a return and it has to be recorded post it’s disgusting!

Today I placed my first order with O’Neills and made one or two basic errors. I contacted customer service and had immediate help from Carole. Carole rectified my errors and her responses were prompt and extremely helpful

First time I’ve used O’Neills and everything was smooth and efficient wonderful service will definitely use again, thank you, Oneil
