Stephen From O'Neills Customer Service went above and beyond to help me out for my Wedding and I couldn't be happier! I placed a very last minute order for personalized Jerseys for all of my groomsman and Stephen helped make sure everything got done before the wedding with time to spare! The Jerseys were a huge hit and my groomsmen were Repping Tyrone on the Dance floor all night long. Thank you to the entire O'Neill's team, especially Stephen!

I ordered and contacted O'Neill's to try and expedite the order as it related to a memorial for a former player. Order was despatched and received within two days. Fantastic they would go the extra mile for a worthy reason.

I ordered a personalised item for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately I ordered the item late and only realised a personalised item would take longer to ship when I read small print. I contacted customer service and they prioritised my order and then contacted me to say it had been shipped the next day in time for the birthday. So special thanks to Ben in customer service and the O’Neills team for their help.

A disgrace online I ordered the kid’s Armagh training jersey 2025, when it arrived there was no personalised print on it, so I emailed O’Neill’s to say it was not personalised to be told I did not order it with personalised on it, looking back I put my hands up it was a error on my part so I emailed back again to ask could I bring it to my local onells store and change it with the personalised on it and the answer I got was I would have to send it back at my cost to them, but the biggest thing of all is they do not send a return label with your order
Want I can see that it costs to much money so they stopped it, but it costs more to lose customers over a label that should be free post, so want do people do that has not got a printer like myself, when I emailed the woman that was emailing me could of said you can take it to you local store are I would send a return label to you put Nothing
This woman Sarah was no help at all
But in the end I got it sorted by a very polite and nice lady in my local store Nothing was to much of a problem, onells would need to have a look at their online staff
Store staff was 100% and I would give the store more than 5 stars
I did get a email to leave feedback on my purchase but when I wrote my review it would not send that’s why I have to leave it on Trustpilot but I did take a screenshot of my review that it would not let me send
Also that was brought to my attention was the quality of the jersey was poor for onells this from a girl that buys jerseys all the time, I know there will be nothing did about it but in today’s world where money is tight o’nells should know better and try to keep customers

I ordered a large number of items required in a short time frame.Beth in customer service ensured I received them promptly. Her response to emails was almost immediate which is always an indicator of a company that values their customers.
This is my 5th time ordering from o' neills and am always impressed by the selection and price point.

The return policy is ridiculous
The return policy is ridiculous. We in the Republic have to ship to Strabane. Why not have a location within the Republic that we can return items. My own opinion is that they do it on purpose. I spend 150 euro on goods, with one of the tops to big for me. Pity as I will never order from O'Neills again. This Irish company should know how to better service their Irish customers.

Thanks Callum! Needed my children's shirts by Saturday and realised the chances were looking slim. Emailed customer service and Callum kindly prioritised my order and they arrived the next day! Not often you get customer service like that anymore.

No response from customer service, poor delivery, poorly sized product. Item delivered with no returns label or order information. No updates on order after initial order confirmation.

Quality is excellent but the delivery…
Quality is excellent but the delivery service is so disappointing. It took six business days after ordering for the club jersey & jumper to be dispatched. There is no where else to purchase these so there is no choice but to wait. I would happily pay for an expedited service when stuck but there is no option. I did contact customer service to ask if there was any way of getting it quicker but despite being advised that it was prioritised it was still 6 days before it was even dispatched. It would be brilliant to have some delivery options.
