I had some technical issues on my end
I had some technical issues on my end. Once able to create the necessary settings I was able to finish the process. As far as the Notary, Tiffany she was kind, and efficient as well as professional.

As a person with very limited computer skills, who was very concerned that those inabilities would somehow make it impossible to complete the task, my Notary was OUTSTANDING

The notary himself was excellent
The notary himself was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient.
The onboarding process was a nightmare because I had an Android ZFold 7 smartphone and when you get to the point where you're supposed to take a picture of your license by clicking on a link there was no link.
Luckily, I had an iPad and when I used that to process the licenses the link appeared and I was able to provide it.
There should be a support number, the law firm that send the link to me didn't have any solution and if it wasn't for the iPad the time-critical notarization wouldn't have taken place.
Again, People? Superb.
Technology?: Needs work
Support?: Non-existent.
