It was a nightmare
It was a nightmare! First I do my time doing my directive, then the last part is an electronic signature. Then off to OneNotary where the notary stated that my signature from the directive was blocking the space for me to sign……the whole process took me 2 & 1/2 hours!
I was ready to start pulling out what little hair I have left. Not an easy process on an IPhone.

Given a link for the session, it took a little guesswork to know what to do to get to the point of meeting with the notary. I think a little explanation on how to proceed is needed. The time spent with the notary herself was quick and easy.

Regarding the country selection, the system requires only a U.S. address because our identity verification provider uses U.S.-based records linked to a Social Security Number (SSN) to generate the credit-history questions required for Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA). As a result, there is currently no option to select a different country during this step.
