Reported to One Stop Appliance Repairs late in the afternoon that our washing machine was full of water and clothes and that something was amiss as it couldn't be emptied. Tim the engineer was there the following morning and effected the repair. No fuss or drama about it and the problem was sorted within 30 minutes.
This is the second time that we have used this company and we are very impressed at the quality of the service.

I had a faulty tumble dryer. It was easy to book a call out and just a great service from start to finish. We will definitely be using the company again for ongoing servicing and repairs.

Oven stopped working Friday, phoned Allen at One Stop Appliance repairs Saturday, oven repaired and working Sunday ✅. What a great guy, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would 100% call them for any other appliance problems.

Brilliant fast service. Alun was very nice and answered all our questions. Gave advice for further care of our dishwasher to keep it running smoothly. Great communication regarding appointment day/time and sent a text when he was on the way. Provides a 30 day warranty so we have peace of mind that the repair has worked properly. I’ll be using him for any appliance repairs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else. Great service.

Frost-free fridge freezer was not cold enough in freezer compartment. Before coming out to it One-Stop suggested a 48 hour defrost due to the possibility of ice building up behind the back panel. It worked, a fair amount of water came out and appliance is now working properly.

Helpful and efficient, this company not only fixed the problem with our cooker, they gave us good advice on how to operate the oven in a more efficient way, saving time and our electricity

Though working from home I have to echo others in praising the confirmation appointment text for AM/PM followed by the more exact time text with tracking which allowed me to plan my work to be available to discuss the problem with Allen. Our washing machine is probably close to 25 years old when the spin cycle failed and unfortunately just changing the carbon brushes didn't succeed in a fix and that it was the motor that would need to be replaced but it showed that Allen had the customer in mind by trying that first. The cost of the the motor and the age of the machine and so it is possible further problems could happen soon after made us then go for a new washer/dryer as a solution. Even so I would definitely recommend this company. A mention also for Vicki in the office who was always pleasant and helpful.

A fantastic service provided. I didn't even think that the repair was possible yet the part was ordered and fitted without a hitch. Constant updates given and request for the fitting appointment was honoured. I would highly recommend using this company. Fabulous.

Contacted this company on 11.12.21, receive confirmation email and have hear nothing since. My views are they cherry pick customers based on the detail provided by the customer using online form. If the job to them appears too difficult you’ll never hear from them. Its 28th and therefore theres no Covid excuse. They left me without a suitably working oven over Christmas for that there is no excuse. Even to have said they couldn't do the job would have been better than doing nothing. I would never recommend and certainly caution against using as time wasters..

I ended up being allocated this company after ringing another company called NAC. The engineer turned up as scheduled with text messages indicating ETA. Initial inspection of the issue meant a replacement part had to be ordered. I was provisionally booked in for a follow up visit which was then honoured. My machine is now fully functional.Both engineers were friendly, helpful & professional. A call to the home number provided was also dealt with professionally. Highly recommend One Stop Appliance Repairs.

Allen did a great job repairing my dishwasher. The text reminder service that lets you know when they are coming (AM/PM), then a subsequent text to say they are on their way (and allowing you to track their progress on the map) provides an experience of a business far bigger than theirs, and one I find highly unusual in normal dealings with tradesmen! The part replaced initially by Tim didn't work, but Allen diagnosed the underlying problem, ordered the part and sorted the issue. Would recommend to friends and family.

Allen and the team did a great job repairing my fridge freezer. They arrive on time, and the text appointment reminders are a great idea. There was a slight problem with the new part fitted but Allen arranged for an immediate follow up call to resolve the issue. That's the mark of great service, when something isn't quite right, they get it sorted straight away. Well done team. I'll definitely be recommending you and using you again.
