Handle on microwave broken and dryer not working. Ben came that same day. While here, he kindly dislodged a shelf in the fridge that was stuck and opened up the rubber cover of the garbage disposal for better drainage—all with no charge. He installed a fan in the dryer, but it turned out also to need a new motor. He ordered the motor and microwave handle and came back 3 working days later to finish these tasks. The price was reasonable. Because he had to come out twice for the dryer, he did not charge labor the second time. He was courteous, efficient, and in the end totally effective, saving me hundreds of dollars for a new microwave and dryer. If I had any wish, it would be to clean up the floor after his work, but I think cleaning is not part of most service these days. He did remove old parts and boxes. He also found lots of coins under the dryer and bothered to pick them up for us. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed his services and I recommend him to every one. You don’t always find someone as competent and responsive as Mo Ben.

Contacted company with reference for a new fridge door seal ,and the lady took all the details of model / make etc. Told the price of replacement part and fitting costs. And got text message to say engineer was on his way, Alan the engineer very friendly and fitted new part quickly and said to try not to open the fridge door for an hour or so to all the door to seal and bed in. Brilliant service from phone call to fitting

The blokes a messa , I booked him in between 4-5 today . Told him my brother got the money there when he comes. I text him at 5-30 to see where he was to be told he wasn’t coming . Just so glad I didn’t transfer the money

Moved house and thought an oven wasn't working. Allen got it going by pressing the right timer button and didn't charge! In the past he did excellent work on ovens and washing machine in our old house. Highly recommended.

Our washing machine broke down and after making a booking, Allan arrived at the designated time. He immediately diagnosed the problem as the bearings on the machine and then advised me to ring Indesit and invoke my 10 year parts guarantee (something that I had not thought about….doh!!!).
As he was here for barely five minutes, he scrapped the call-out charge.
Top bloke and if I ever need any further assistance on any household appliances, then there will only be one company that I will call (assuming that I swot up on my warranties).

Placed a request on their website for a non working fridge/freezer and was called back the next day by a friendly woman. Booked me in the next day and diagnosed it with a potential issue, booked me in the very next day and had the engineer back again. Diagosed it will an incurable fault in the end but the service was good, communication was great and would definately use them again.

Alan from One Stop Appliances turned up to fix my fridge freezer and within 20 seconds he could see it was knackered and could not be repaired. He said he couldn’t charge me a call out fee for that so it cost me nothing.

Excellent service for a Bosch dishwasher repair. Fault diagnosed approximately one week ago, parts ordered, repair date advised, expected arrival time sent via text on the day and repair completed within the hour.

We had a Henry vacuum cleaner repaired late February 2023 and within 2 weeks the cleaner failed again. I called and asked them to collect the cleaner to repair it again, which they agreed to do but nobody has shown up. It's now 28/3/23.

Had a problem with our range grill popping the main fuse when turned on, Technician arrived as advised and sorted within 15 mins.

My cooker fan and element broke down. Once they were able to get the parts they were fitted within a short space of time. Allen explained all of what had happened and he was very polite and friendly. I must say that since the repair my cooker works better than it ever has. I wonder if I was sold a dud to start with ???

I had a problem with my dishwasher (it had leaked water all over the kitchen floor), I gave One Stop Appliance a ring and arranged for them to come and look at the machine. Allen informed me when he was on his way via an app. He looked at dishwasher and asked various questions regarding what happened, he took it out and got it going without any leakage whilst giving excellent advice on keeping the bottom spray arms free to spin as well as the top ones.
Allen explained everything what he was doing and why, and the cost surprised myself. Well done One Stop Appliances highly recommended.

I recently had a problem with my Washer/Dryer in that the dryer was not heating to dry the clothes etc.
I always try to use local business if possible, and after searching online, and at reviews awarded, I decided to give “One Stop Appliance Repairs Limited” a call? It’s a decision I’m so glad I made. Being a small family run business they were so helpful as soon as I explained the problem! And basically had an idea of the problem before coming to my property.
Allen the engineer attended my home within 2 days of calling. He took time to check the machine, then confirmed that the heating element needed replacement. But not only did he confirm the issue, on further examination of the system he also discovered a problem with the feeder pipe that had fractured and was leaking water when in use? I stated that I’d had a complete new kitchen fitted 4 years ago, and the fitter had little to no experience in plumbing, but told me it was pretty straight forward??? So it appears it’s been dripping for years. Allen also replaced all the piping too, which I’m extremely grateful for as I wasn’t aware of the problem apart from a musky smell, which has now been sorted also.
They were so really helpful and courteous from phone call to attendance and repair that I can’t recommend this company enough if you have any electrical appliance problems. I would highly recommend them, and they will be my first go to for any future electrical appliance issues.
