Applied for an express Chinese visa through their Chennai branch 12 days before my flight, and even then, they did not submit my documents to the embassy until 2 days before my scheduled departure. Completely irresponsible handling by Mr. Ashok, with zero updates and accountability. Because of their negligence, we had to cancel our confirmed bookings and had to bear financial losses. They even refused to assist with the travel insurance refund, which was purchased through their office. Highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would give them a rating in MINUS if there was an option.

I approached Onevascon to apply for Schengen and Turkish tourist visa. Their staff at Pune office are so cold. I was asked to come back the next day by their executive Rokmuddin Mujawar, since he was very busy to even talk. Also he refused to entertain us and asked me to go Mumbai office just for applying for Turkish visa since he deals with Schengen visa seekers only. The executive was very uncooperative and they don't give a damn about their customers. They have opened this office next to VFS to fleece money from visa seekers in the name of different services.

1. My husband paid an amount of Rs 13800 for availing Visa from Japan through your OneVasco. However we received a receipt of only Rs 3500/- . The full receipt was never received. Also the breakup of Rs 13800 was also not explained.
2. In Spite of sharing all the relevant details the application form was not completely filled.There was no covering letter shared.( My husband had to do it himself).
3. We were told we had to come to the VFS Application center in Bangalore for Biometric. For the same reason my husband took leave and my kids had to bunk their classes. The VFS office is very far from our residence and we had to go there in peak Bangalore traffic. Once we reached there , we discovered that there was no Biometric needed and the same thing could have been done with a courier service.
4. On top of this , we were asked to pay for the VISA and courier separately.

I want to understand for what reason Rs13800 was charged when we had to do everything ourselves( In fact I feel it would have been easier had we done it ourselves). The case was handled by Mr Kartik

I had a very bad experience with their Chennai unit for my Schengen visa . Though I have no complaint about their employees , (in fact they had only one knowledgeable employee) overall experience was too poor due because the unit was grossly understaffed. Since the only one knowledgeable employee ( Jennifer ) had to do everything , everyone had a long wait time and also resulting in multiple visits . Further they also mislead the customers into buying a lounge facility in VFS global ( sister concern I suppose) which costs Rs 6000 per person which was nothing more of convenience except one has slightly more sofa chairs and some biscuits and tea . It is a colossal money spinning avenue for them . I advise everyone not to buy that facility . And One Vasco s charges for facilitating an appointment and preparation of application form is quite steep at Rs 4000. This is in adddition to the VFS global charges . I advise people to avoid One vasco . My experience was very disappointing

Service were effective and staff was corporative.

Do not apply for a visa from this company. They claim to apply for a visa but will not issue you a visa. They will not refund your money. They will cheat you. Even if you ask them repeatedly, you will not get a proper answer.

I applied canada visa through Ms.Jenifer and Ms.Saranya
To contact them over by phone very difficult and their service is very poor
Their charges are high and the application was refused due to their filling process
Now ms.jenifer is not working and ms.Saranya didn’t pick telephone after called several times she speaks very rough
So I am not happy with one Vasco

I was guided by M/S Saranya for the entire process of Visa application, insurance fixing an appointment for Visa etc. M/ S Saranya was very courteous through out and knew her work very well , she is a real asset to One Vasco . Certainly I would recommend my friends and relatives .

Very bad experience I have with this consultantancy, they don’t properly check the documents and sending inside, my two visas was rejected.

I tried them for Japan tourist visa. 5 days before flight date they committed on additional documents required for visa processing.

Being in the visa business they should have informed at very first communication about required documents.

And no refunds. I'll prefer to avoid them for any type of services.

Very horrible service, they take ages to get anything done, my visa is 'in process' for the last 3 weeks for something they commit that takes only a week. Save yourself the hassle, they dont even refund it. My entire plan is ruined because flights and hotel bookings are down the drain if I dont have the visa.

The most easy way to apply for visa, they are supper professional especially Mena who help us alot
