Even they are not bothered to recheck your documents and not professional. They are simple copy paste the context.
They are not writing the cover letter professionally on the base of your profile.

Hello! I was applying for a study visa for Poland for the first time ever and I had no idea how to go about it. It was for Mr. Rishab Agarwal's help that now I have the visa stamp on my passport! He has been guiding and helping me since day 1 of me having numerous questions and doubts, be it early in the morning or late evening, he would always be available to clear my queries. He made sure that I had all the necessary documents so that my visa application runs smoothly and it did. So, I am leaving for Poland soon and for that I owe Mr. Rishab a big one! The staff if definitely very kind and helpful. My experience was excellent!

Mr Anirban Bhattacharjee has been greatly helpful in assisting my mother with the UK VISA process. He has helped us with the VISA form and other requisites making it sure that all important dossiers are submitted to Home Office to alleviate chances of refusal. We received the VISA within a fortnight. He is very well experienced.

Negative Review: Terrible Experience with Visa Travel Agent – Lost ₹1,20,000 Due to Their Incompetence

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with [Visa Travel Agent’s Name]. Despite taking 15 days to process my visa application, they failed to deliver any results, causing me to lose ₹1,20,000 due to missed opportunities and non-refundable bookings.

Their service was unprofessional, slow, and completely unreliable. They kept giving excuses instead of updates, and when I followed up, they either ignored me or provided vague responses. By the time I realized they weren’t going to get the job done, it was too late—my travel plans were ruined, and I suffered a huge financial loss.

Worst of all, they showed no accountability for their mistakes and refused to take responsibility for the consequences of their inefficiency. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Zero stars—absolutely terrible service!

Ms Pooja had done very good job and coordinating with our family members are fantastic , we recommend people to visit their office for any requirement and last one month we are coordinating with pooja

The team has no clue on how to apply for visas. I had applied with them for the Kyrgyzstan visa and for people who do not know, Kyrgyzstan visa requires a LOI (Letter of Invitation). I had asked this if the team would be providing this and they shared that they would. After checking further, the person handling my visa, says that they submitted the documents and the embassy is asking for LOI. After that I tried to get a LOI by paying a travel agent in kyrgyzstan and that was returned by embassy. The person handling my visa servies, just looked like she did not know what to do next and was asking me for advice. The team had no clue what a LOI looks like , whether they should upload the translated english version or the original version.

Please if you ever need a visa. DO NOT EVER Go with these folks. Its better you do your own research and get it done by yourself or pay a little more and do it with other Visa service companies.

Ms Garima was very helpful in getting everything organised at short notice.

I recently approached VFS Global- One Vasco in Chennai for applying for Dubai and Schengen Visa.

It was a great and awesome Experience. They Provided us a check list which had the details of all the documents. I was ably assisted by Ms.Saranya and Ms.Jennefer.

The support given was awesome in filling the application form and applying for visa and scheduling for biometry.

They waste your time. They don’t undertand the importance of time and they just keep writing emails. Please don’t trust them and they cannot do visas.

Very prompt and friendly people. Garima, who was my PoC at one Vasco helped me with the entire process and I successfully renewed my US Visa.

When I faced an issue at the visa office, Garima promptly helped me with solving the issue and I completed all procedures without having to rebook an appointment slot.

Worst. They promise 24-48 hours and took 6 days to get the visa appointment, after aggressive followups with the agent and the main guy they came up with more excuses. Cheaters!

I had to face extreme difficulties in Mexican embassy.

Extremely poor customer support, they won't respond to emails, won't pick any calls and the pain is unlimited so if you are applying here, do it at your own risk. Fraud.

Deepika has been very informative and helpful in filing the paperwork for the Schengen visa.

When I tried to log in, it said "Sorry! Your account was logged in on another device." On the home page before looking for visas, they should change their fields and put a field to type and/or select the country you live in, a field to type and/or select the country you are a citizen of and a field to type and/or the destination country.

I don’t recommend the service, I paid the fee for the visa process to Greece from 18-11-2024, and I mentioned that it’s very urgent as I have professional mission with my company from uae, now it’s been more than 3 months no answer or call, they open the spot for the appointment an Ms Safy Eltorky which is the representative, no follow up from her. I went there and also she didn’t accept to sit with me.
Don’t waist your money and time.
