The PDF confirmation I received could not be verified on the airline’s website, which led immigration officers to suspect I was carrying a fraudulent ticket. I ultimately had to purchase an expensive, last‑minute flight to continue my journey.

After reading OneWayFly’s public reply—where they stated I am “not a verified customer” and requested my review be removed—I felt both surprised and somewhat offended. To demonstrate my good faith and openness to dialogue, I am raising my rating to 3 stars, acknowledging that:

When the booking process works, OneWayFly can provide an affordable outbound‑ticket solution.

Their support team did answer, although the documentation they first sent (a screenshot) was not sufficient at the airport.

However, the issues I faced remain:

Verification – A PDF alone is not always accepted by airlines or immigration in 2025.

Clarity – Customers need clear, advance information on how to confirm their booking directly on the airline’s website.

Customer Response – Publicly stating a customer is “unverified” without first reviewing the evidence can feel dismissive.

I have submitted my bank‑statement screenshot and PDF ticket to Trustpilot to confirm my purchase. I hope OneWayFly improves transparency around booking verification so travelers can avoid the stress I experienced.

Les billets sont téléchargeables immédiatement et les hôtels quelques temps après

Le service client est très efficace et compréhensif. Je me suis trompé sur une date et ils ont modifié gratuitement mon billet.

Mi hijo viajo a Austria hoy a la universidad , compré tiquete de ida y la vuelta obligatoria la compré por esta web y funcionó espectacular. No tuve que comprar el tiquete sino solo con 16 dólares arregle el tema , y verifiqué la reserva en la página de emirates y allí estaba la reserva . Muy bueno . Y eficaz

J'ai commandé et reçu les billets. Impossible d'avoir confirmation de la réservation sur le site de la compagnie. De plus sur les tickets la compagnie nommée est GOL, alors que sur le mail on m'annonce AF. Que ce soit sur les deux sites des compagnies le code de réservation est inconnu. Et sur le site OneWayFly après avoir posé le problème on me répond que le support ne sera disponible que le lendemain. alors que bien sur j'en ai besoin le jour même. J'avais mis une étoile, j'en met 2 de plus car le support m'a contacté rapidement et m'a renvoyer une nouvelle réservation. Il s'agit d'une réservation de vol valable 2 jours et non pas d'un véritable booking.

I didn't know about this when I flew on Spirit and couldn't get on my flight until I booked an onward flight. It was 5 am and I was literally trying to find the cheapest flight. I did cancel the ticket but I still had to wait for the refund. The same thing happened on Delta yesterday. I figured I would give this a try. I couldn't check in until I had an onward flight. I paid and had the paperwork within seconds. So happy I found this. It worked great!

La empresa y el servicio que ofrecen es real y funciona. Recibí el soporte necesario cuando no conseguía validar mi ticket en el sitio de la aerolínea (si tienes 2 apellidos asegúrate de intentar con ellos sin utilizar espacios, como si tus 2 apellidos fueran una sola palabra). Al intentar abordar un avión desde Bogotá hasta Madrid, la aerolínea Iberia comprobó en línea que el ticket fuera real y salió todo bien. Recomendado

Flight booked from Seoul to Vietnam, stop over in singapore when the destination is only 5 hours away from the departure point and flights are super cheap direct.
Nobody can believe you booked such flight

Completely useless service. I was asked for a return flight to my country of origin when departing to Europe and when I showed what the this company provided me with, it has no flight number, therefore I ended up having to buy a return flight that I’m not going to use.
I don’t recommend this service to anyone. Scam

I needed a return flight for a departure to Mexico; I showed the reservation code I got from OneWayFly one day earlier and it was accepted at the airport check-in without any problem.

used this service because I needed to travel on a 1way ticket to Mexico and although immigration and the airline didn't ask for an outgoing or return ticket, it provided me with a peace of mind that i needed. plan to use them again.
