I was really hesitating about whether this would work or not, but I just arrived and the border officer asked for my ticket. She verified it in the system, and I passed through with zero problems!

I didn't receive the download link, so just before take-off I had to buy a new ticket, so I could get in to the country.
Adressing this, the customer service agent found the link, send it to me and also arranged a refund for the extra ticket I had to buy.

I travel a lot and one thing that always comes up is proof of onward travel. The problem is, most of the time I don’t even know when or where I’m going next, so buying a real ticket just for that doesn’t make much sense.

Booked a return ticket for my visa in Sri Lanka (back to Chennai, India - which is a 1h 15 min flight) - received a plane ticket from Colombo via Dubai to Chennai …
I did not feel comfortable with such a suspicious booking - like no one would actually fly like this!

Contacted customer support - which was quick - however they told me „no alternatives can be found „ (I was literally asking for a direct flight from Sri Lanka to any Indian airport within a 3 week timeframe…)
Later they said they generally don’t provide direct flights.

So I got a quick refund which was good and appreciated.

I decided to fly to Stockholm. Went searching for een flight and chose KLM. Their website is very userfriendly, this turned out to be very helpfull voor the computerdummy I am. I was able to fill in all the questions and pay for the flight, without any moment of insecurity. Thank you KLM!!

This service was awesome! As soon as I realized I needed to extend my e-ticket to use later for the onward ticket to the next country, I was offered a refund for the prior purchase, once I re-ordered the correct purchase. And it happened lightening fast! With no questions asked! I highly recommend others to use this service for us digital nomads traveling abroad to multiple locations.

In a flurry at the airport I managed to purchase the ticket I wanted twice. 3 weeks after I emailed onward ticket.com through their website They saw instantly I had mad a mistake and refunded me an instantly. Looks to me like they have a a good reputation and want to keep it. That’s a five star company for me. Thank you 👍
