This place is a joke
This place is a joke. How can you charge over 300 dollars for a 3 month supply. This medication at a local pharmacy for a 3 month supply isn’t even 100 dollars. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. What a rip off.

BEWARE OF PRICING
I was researching a product and the way it read, I could order for $19.99, so I clicked. Took me to a questionnaire. I filled it out and the next thing I know, I've been charged for a 3 month supply. NEVER told me that my cost was $319. Never got a "do you accept?" Would NOT cancel the order so I am stuck! Did get the subscription cancelled, but they are definitely crooked! Be careful!!

Onir is $19.99 to start. That covers a licensed clinician reviewing your health questions, and it's fully refunded if you're not approved. Nothing else is charged until a clinician approves you. If approved, your 90-day supply is $297, which is $99 a month billed every three months. That's $316.99 in total, and it's the only other charge. You can cancel anytime.
Where it's shown before anyone pays: The pricing section on our homepage, the FAQ, and three places on the checkout page itself. The introduction states the $19.99 review and the $297 supply. The line directly above the payment button states $99 a month, charged $297 every 3 months, cancel anytime. And there's a checkbox that has to be checked to complete the purchase. Its text spells out the $19.99 charged today, the $297 if your clinician approves you, the 90-day renewal, and the right to cancel anytime. That checkbox is the "do you accept."

Empowered not ashamed
As someone who travels constantly for work and whose line of work frequently involves happy hours and events where alcohol is present, I wasn't sure how well this would fit into my life. That said, Onir has turned out to be one of the best health decisions I've made all year.
Onboarding is seamless and, just as importantly, respectful. No judgment, no unnecessary hoops. The check-ins from the Onir healthcare team have been the same way: consistent, encouraging, and genuinely motivating. I feel empowered to change my consumption, not ashamed.
A little over a month into my Onir journey and the changes have been bigger than I expected. My sleep is deeper and my energy is steadier throughout the day meaning I feel present and energized after work when I'm with my family. The mental fog from a night of a few too many drinks that I'd quietly gotten used to is gone. I've gained hours back in my week, and I'm far more comfortable saying no to alcohol at work events. I used to feel obligated to drink at work events, now I don't feel the urge to pick up a glass as often.

A couple of the statements in your review are simply inaccurate. Every patient at Onir is evaluated by a licensed U.S. physician—not a "pool of nurses"—before any treatment is prescribed. We believe it's important to correct the record for anyone reading this.
You also state that you "learned about this company while exploring options for naltrexone." However, Onir did not launch until June 2026. Your Trustpilot profile contains only one other review, for a competitor, posted in September 2025—roughly nine months before Onir even existed. Those facts simply don't align with your description of how you came across our company.

Insanely easy and epic results!
Incredibly simple process and the result has been nothing short of amazing. I was probably drinking 20-30 drinks a week. I’m easily down to 5 a week! I can still enjoy a drink here and there when I like, but the automatic reach isn’t there. Highly suggest!

Down from 4-5 beers a night to less than 2 — and it's only been a week
I've tried to cut back on drinking before, but willpower alone never stuck. I started this medication a week ago mostly out of curiosity, not expecting much this fast. Honestly, the difference has surprised me. I went from 4-5 beers a day to less than 2, without white-knuckling it or feeling like I was constantly fighting cravings. It's not that I don't want a drink... it's that after one or two, I just don't feel the pull to keep going the way I used to.
It's early still, only one week in, but these are real, measurable results and not just a mindset shift. I'll update this review as I go, but so far I'm genuinely impressed and would recommend giving it a real try if you've struggled to cut back on your own.
