They sent the wrong color vinyl. Emailed them to tell them incorrect vinyl was sent with the picture from THEIR website of the vinyl I ordered and a picture of what I received.
Received an email saying good news your package has arrived! Clearly not reading the email.
I emailed back and said I received the wrong color vinyl. She writes back saying they will check the warehouse for the color I ordered..then I receive an email saying they don't have any white vinyl. I DIDN'T ORDER WHITE! She said she could send me a return label. I did respond via email I called them. It got no where! She said the issue is closed! Hung up on me! Gotta love horrible customer service.

I ordered my fabric in plenty of time of mg event, was quoted a 5-7 day shipping window. I reached out after 10 days of still not receiving my product, to find out the item was back ordered and was most likely not going to be here in time of my wedding. This left me scrambling to find another fabric by the time I needed it. My fabric finally showed up weeks after I was originally quoted. I no longer needed the fabric as I was able to find it else where. After reaching out multiple times they finally gave me a shipping label to return the item, and I still months later haven’t received my refund. I got a notification that they received my fabric back but never returned my money. I have tried reaching out over 10+ times to only be ignored. So now I am out $60, and have had nothing but a terrible experience with this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If anyone’s reading this, I would love my money back or at least a response to my many emails.

Item never arrived. I ordered my fabric months before my event, they said 5-7 days shipping. I contacted them after 7 days only to be told, it’s back order and again on the day they said it will arrived, it didn’t, I have the worst experience with online fabric store, I ordered somewhere else,. For someone like me who orders over $5000 worth of fabrics a year, never again.

I wish I would have read the reviews before working with this company. They have terrible communication, showed the product was in stock when I ordered and now have 3 times told me that it is back ordered and the date continues to move back. On top of it they take very little responsibility or have zero understanding of timelines and how this impacts their customers. Nor do they seem to care as they are generally rude people to work with. DO NOT USE THEM. Find another resource as I wish I had.

when you order from them they do not send any tracking or email letting you know your order has shipped. if an item is on back order they do not notify that its on back order. I ordered a large order of 22 different colors. I received to greys instead of the grey and silver I ordered. when I contacted them about it they sent me another grey. I also never received my purple and royal blue. they said it was on back order. when I called them again they said my order was canceled. so tired of dealing with idiots that I will not deal with them any more.

I ordered 78 yards of fabric on 4/11/25, but they failed to inform me that the material is on back order during the process of checking out. As a business owner, this is frustrating because this caused an everyday customer to walk away from doing business with me. Customer service was pathetic and rude. Couldn't even give me a straight answer on the refund process. I am never ordering from this website, and I neither recommend it to anyone. I'd better get my refund.

I wish I had read reviews first also. I ordered 2 yards of fabric in January and never got it. I called every month and was told it was backordered and would ship in a week. But it never did. Every call was with an incredibly rude person. Just astoundingly rude! How does this company stay in business!

I placed an order and when I hadn't heard anything regarding shipping in over a week, I decided to contact them. Chat was not available so I called. I was quickly connected to an agent who put me on a brief hold to check the status of my order. She came back on the line to apologize that I should have received an email indicating that all 10 items in my order (notions and fabric) were on back order and were due to be back in stock in two weeks... I asked them to cancel my order. Hopefully I will get my refund.

I placed an order with Online Fabric Store Feb 1st. Two weeks later I received an email that the fabric was on back order until Feb 14th. Then I received another email on the 14th that now it was backordered until March 7th. When there was still no update I sent two different emails, filled out the form on their website, and left a voicemail asking for shipping status with no response to any of my inquiries. Then on March 11th received another Backorder email stating the fabric will be back in stock on March 28th. This company never answered any of my inquiries nor called me back. I asked the order be cancelled and my money refunded - we'll see if they honor that request. Stay away!!

Still no tracking number.

I had to return one of the fabrics I ordered. They received it 3 days ago. Still waiting for the refund. Called and was told maybe mid of next week which means they will have received my returned fabric at least 8 days ago until I can see my refund. On top Arial was rude and hang up the phone on me, I guess because she didn't want to hear what I had to say. A very unsatisfied customer.

no returns. even when my order did not specify that the fabric, labeled as RK Classics, was 100% polyester and arrived stiff, coarse and totally unsuitable for quilting. i will block them from all access to my accounts so their rampant advertising does not get through. i advise others to do the same.

Customer service has been abysmal. I ordered two fabrics for a living room project. One came immediately. The second fabric has been in limbo for months. I get NO RESONSE from customer service. I can’t use the first fabric without the other. So I’m stuck with the expense of the first and after two months have no clue on the disposition of the companion fabric. I can’t reach a soul there. It’s really maddening. GET YOUR FABRIC SOMEPLACE ELSE. It would be less irritating to just throw your cash off a windy cliff!

I ordered through the Online Fabric Store, only to be told twice the fabric is on back order. I cancelled the order but never was refunded my over $400 order. I made numerous calls, online chats and emails, and was told someone would contact me or someone was handling it, nobody ever contacted me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and they attempted contact and the company never responded. I finally did a credit card charge dispute through my credit card company, and they were able to get my reimbursement.

Horrendous customer service, incredible attitude from their phone reps. Took my order online, charged my card, then a day later cancelled it without warning. No apologies. When pressed for a reasonable explanation, they blamed their computers and eventually said "maybe you should just buy from another company...." So I did. never again...

Never was notified that my order was on backorder for over a month. I then cancelled it. I have left numerous messages and customer service contacts regarding reimbursement because it has been almost 2 months and they haven't reimbursed me over $400. They've told me 3 times a supervisor will contact me and nobody has ever reached out to me. Poor customer service and terrible business to deal with.

Awful. After waiting a week, I called and asked when it would ship- they said it was delayed for 2 weeks. I waited and then sent an email- no response. I called and they said it wasn't available. They were rude and quite obnoxious- never again. BTW they are only middlemen- they have no clue what might actually be available- I just chedked the site and the fabric they say doesn't exisit is still for sale on the site.

Dang, I really should've checked the reviews before attempting to order fabric from this website.
I ordered a couple of different colors of minky fabric for a project I was working on in the beginning August. The day the fabric was supposed to arrive they emailed me to say that it was on backorder and would arrive two weeks later than originally stated. I was fine with this, but again on the day it was supposed to arrive they emailed me again and pushed the date back another month. I was really starting to get annoyed at this point, and emailed them to ask if they had any other lengths of material available. They took a long time to get back to me but eventually told me they did not have ANY of those colors/type of fabric in stock. Why did they have it listed on their website if none of it is in stock?!
I should've just cancelled my order, but I foolishly decided to just wait it out. Surely they would eventually be back in stock and ship my materials! No. They wouldn't. On the day they materials were supposed to ship (again), they emailed me to push back the restock date. At this point, the fabric I had ordered in August was set to be shipped out on October 25th.
A few days later they emailed me again to say that they would not be restocking that kind of fabric and that they had canceled my order. I checked their website, and the same fabric I had ordered which they admitted that they had no intentions of restocking any time soon was still on the website, with nothing at all to let customers know its out of stock.
Why did they not tell me in the FIRST email that they were unable to/had no intention of restocking instead of dragging it out for two months before finally admitting it? What the heck?!
TLDR, very unprofessional and will drag things out for moths before canceling your order and admitting that they are out of stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! You are much better off ordering from a different online fabric website such as Big Z Fabric (They shipped the fabric I ordered from them within a week!)

This company is the worst! Run by 20-somethings without a clue about customer service. I placed an order for outdoor foam on May 10th. The invoice and follow up emails said I should receive my order within a week. I patiently waited 3 weeks before I called to check. They were 'checking on it' on June 3. I called again on June 7, no manager would speak to me, but they said their supplier might be able to get it in by "monday" next. I called again, waiting patiently until June 18, at which time they told me they had actually CANCELLED my order! Not only is the customer service horrendous, the manager refuses to get on the telephone to resolve anything. And to make matters worse, this company exists literally "behind a wall" behind the cash registers at Osgood's Textile in West Springfield Massachusetts. But no one is allowed to speak to you personally, you must do all business online, or, disastrously in my case, by repeated and fruitless telephone calls. Finally - THEY ARE GROSSLY OVERPRICED!!!!! I was able to order the exact same materials for almost half the price online from another supplier, who tells me the order will be in by next Wednesday.

If there were a rating below one star, I would give it. I ordered black felt, a pretty basic fabric from them, around two months ago. They continually told me it’s on backorder — when they tell me anything. Multiple efforts to reach the company have been ignored.
