Took awhile to receive our order. Fabrics were shoved tight into plastic envelope that arrived filthy. Envelope had a slit which exposed part of the fabric since it didn't have any protection. We contacted CS and got an i'll let shipping know. One of the fabrics had a manufacturing defect that was not apparent until after upholstering. We contacted them and were told it was customer's responsibility to check for "issues" within 30 days and before fabric was cut. A good company would not weasel out of selling defective merchandise in the first place by putting responsibility on the customer to do quality check for them. Shameless.

I ordered several items. They sent a confirmation but no tracking numbers. When a received the order more than half was missing. I emailed them and asked where the items were. I was told they were back ordered. This was well over a week after ordering. Emailed them back asking why there was no way for me to know if items were in stock or tracking information. A few days later i received an email stating one item was back ordered a month, Each day i receive another email with another item that is back ordered. Honestly one of the worst online stores i have used.

I unfortunately did not check these reviews before ordering. 3-4 days after ordering I hadn't heard anything, so I contacted their CS. I had an email chat with rep. who was very responsive and thorough who advised me they already shipped [by FedEx 2Day] what they had in stock, short 1 item. And, they had charged me appropriately for what had shipped, and they cordially cancelled the unshipped item which I easily sourced elsewhere. Only downside, shipping fee a little high but I am in west coast, and they did use Express service and I received very quick.

Ordered something and it was back ordered. It came back in stock and they told me it would ship out that day, but didn't. Called second time and was supposed to ship out that day. Customer service very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

It did ship out day after and received it today. I revised my review to reflect this.

I ordered drapery fabric and lining material- both appeared to be available. They [eventually] emailed me to say that both fabrics were backordered- in separate emails up to 11 days after I had placed the order. When I cancelled the entire order- they immediately shipped the lining only and charged me $12 for shipping. They clearly have no idea of their inventory, which made ordering from them frustrating and inefficient- not what I want from an online store. I had a similar experience with them once before. Never again.

I shopped a few years ago from this online fabric store and had no problems. Fabrics came as described and shipping to Australia was reasonable.
I tried to place an order a few weeks ago for 4 yards of fabric and the shipping calculator said I would pay $285 USD for shipping to Australia !!! The fabric only came to $34 USD ! I queried this with them and they said they checked their online shop shipping calculator and that this is what it would be!! This is daylight robbery! Anyone who does any international shipping from USA to Australia knows that the shipping cost is nothing like this for a fairly small parcel! I checked the USPS.com site myself! Not sure how they ship it but it shouldn't cost this much!

Terrible company - I ordered 2 bolts of 108 tulle on April 19th and by April 29th when I didn't receive I reached out to the company and was told that they didn't have in stock! This is 10 days later after I ordered and received a confirmation email! I don't think they were ever going to let me know. I was hung up on the first customer service rep I spoke to and the 2nd said sorry not in stock and couldn't tell me anything else except that she only worked there - don't order.

Was told 3 times by 2 separate people they refunded me and I checked with my credit card and they never did. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I have ordered 3 times from this online store and have received my order in perfect condition each time. They gave a generous cut, allowing at least 3 inches on each end to make up for slightly uneven hand cutting. Delivery was on time as promised. Will definitely order here again.

I ordered about $100 worth of items for a Roman Shade project I was working on. I received the decor fabric in a reasonable amount of time but all the other items have NOT been received and OFS is not responding to any of my calls or emails. Meanwhile, I ordered items from Sailrite and got instant contact information including when to expect my items. I wished I had researched this company before I ordered. There are many reviews about how poor this company is. I would NOT recommend them. My next filing will be with the BBB. At this point, I feel like they are just scamming people with no intention of fulfilling orders.

Never got an acknowledgement my order was received. Tried calling but after 45 -60 minutes on hold, the line was dropped (several times). Emailed them, got an acknowledgement they got it and someone will reply. No one did.

I went ahead and got what I need from eBay. I got it right away. a month and a half later, I am getting my package from onlinfabric. Sure, blame it on Covid but I say this happened because you run a clown business. I am still disputing their charge with Amex. What a waste of time!

Ordered May 1, it is now June 25 with no status on order, can't check it online, after 2 emails on different days, no replies. Only when I canceled the order, did I get a reply. This place is simply not worth the aggravation.

Worst store ever waited five weeks basically for them to cancel my order and not send me nothing
