This company impersonates and looks like Company House and will charge you extra for filing! They sent a letter copying style and language of HMRC/Company House and fool you by thinking you have to use their services instead of doing it yourself!

The letter you received was sent by Online Filings and included our company logo, company information, contact details and a disclaimer identifying the communication as being from us.
Online Filings is a private technology company that provides filing services and is registered with Companies House as an Authorised Filing Software Provider and Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). We are also supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering compliance. Customers can also choose to complete their filings directly with Companies House if they prefer to do so.
Following the letter, an order was placed through our platform. The filing itself was not submitted because the required identity verification process was not completed. The requirement to complete identity verification is explained on our website before checkout, so customers have the relevant information available before deciding whether to proceed with our service.
You subsequently contacted us to request a refund, and we provided a partial refund in response to your request.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board as we continue to review how we communicate our services and make the distinction as clear as possible.

I filed my confirmation statement yesterday with you and I have had an email from company’s house today saying I need to file my statement by tomorrow.
Please make sure it is filed with Company House by tomorrow.
I will not be held responsible if I have any late charges and will pass them on to yourselves if you haven’t filed on my behalf by the cut off date.

Very misleading organisation - do returns direct yourself!
A very misleading organisation. They send you official looking letters in brown envelopes, masquerading as HMRC / Companies House, trying to con you into using their services to file statutory returns information that you can do yourself and thereby save their "service fee".
AVOID - anyone who has reviewed them with anything than the minimum rating has been duped and should wake up!

Online Filings is a completely private company, independent of both Companies House and HMRC. Our correspondence clearly displays our own logo, company name, and contact details. For transparency, we are registered with Companies House as an Authorised Filing Software Provider and Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), as well as being supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering compliance.
Our service fee is charged in addition to standard government fees to cover the cost of our simplified submission platform and dedicated customer support. While direct filing via government portals is certainly an option, our service brings those requirements into a single streamlined system with assistance on hand. We list these fees clearly on our website prior to checkout.
Your comments about the letter feeling too official and resembling a government communication are helpful, and we take this onboard as valuable insight into how our outreach is perceived.
