Hello people! I already payied and i´m waiting during 3 weeks almost, can you please tell me if it is normal? AND in the Royalmail site report this information:
DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL
A delivery was attempted for your item with reference RQ427946748GB in GERMANY before 18:01 on 15/04/13.
If redelivery or collection is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the UK
AND im living in PORTUGAL not Germany. Please give me a fast feedback. Big hug with respect !

Antwoord van Online Gothic
Hello,
Please contact customer service through the onlinegothic.co.uk website to get more information, but I have checked and your order was definitely addressed to Portugal, if it was in Germany delivery would not have been attempted as a Portuguese address is not going to be similar to a German address. Most likely there is a bug in the Royal Mail system and it has put Germany instead of Portugal.
I expect the package will be at your local post office, so please contact them to arrange redelivery before it is returned to us, if the royal mail status for the tracking number changes to say it has been returned to us please contact customer service and we will post replacements before waiting for your order to be returned to us.
Great Necklace and service
The necklace looks stunning on,a real statement piece. The transaction was smooth and the necklace was really well packed for a safe delivery. I would definitely shop from Online Gothic again.

The great things, unique and really atractive and quality for people with alternative view...
The first thing I got few years ago is a bracelet with cross and swarowsky crystals ...it was amazing thing and so original...after that I got a necklace with tattoo gun pendant ,it was so unique and i wear it proudly! And in the time after I found this page so I can order whatever I want! The only bad thing I that I want all that items.... :)

Great to be Gothic
Like this site because its user friendly, the images are true to what turns up in the post.
Eye catching website and lots of great items to buy.
Details of objects on sale are nicely set out and clear to understand.
Always seems to have good reviews on the items which reflects on quality products.
If you haven't purchased from Online Gothic before give them a try you will be pleasantly surprised.
