DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Took weeks to dispatch a car seat, then delivered to the wrong address, did not respond to any of my multiple emails, messages on their website or phone calls. I requested a refund and despite what it says on the websites refund policy they only give the option for store credit (which is a scam). By the time the item was actually delivered I'd had no choice but to buy another car seat already to get my baby home. I sent them the car seat back tracked and recorded delivery and a week after they'd received it the item still showed as a pending return request on the website. Again they did not reply to any of my messages. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and went through their process to get my money back. The seller is a the worst I have ever dealt with in any capacity whatsoever. The whole experience lasted months. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered a pram on 5th July still not received have contacted via website messaging no update I have requested a refund and have emailed still waiting for a reply. Would not recommend this company at all. Absolutely diabolical service.

The product is great value for money. The item was also received in good time and in excellent condition.

What can I say expect WERE IS MY ORDER. You said out for delivery on 25th September. DPD said still waiting for it but I should get 27th September. Rang a week later . You said it has gone missing. Another one will be with you in a week. Two weeks now and NO PRAM, just you asking how did we do. Order placed 6th August now leaving it in the hands of Barclaycard. If you phone its hard to talk to them, don't reply to emails. Web site says shop open all week , they say not open over weekend. Wish I read other reviews before ordering as I am not the only one. There is so many with same complaints. So unless you can go to shop and take your item there and now . Don't order its now the 16th October and NO PRAM.

Want to return an item. No option of refund. Haven’t responded to my return request.

I have ordered a pram from Diffusion kids 4 weeks ago and still nothing! On the website it advises to bare with shipment delays but I have no email apologising or explaining anything! I tried contacting the store and no answer! This is a joke I’m so dissappointed and regret buying anything from this website. My baby is due in 4 weeks and urgently need this pram.

I was sent wrong colour blazers charged for a blazer which i wasn't sent and now I sent back all order and still not been refunded

Absolutely disgusting service ordered a highchair 4weeks ago took my money and then told me Awaiting Shipment still waiting can't get hold of them.wouldnt recommend buying anything from them please be aware of this company.

I ordered adapters for the first egg that I have struggled to get everywhere else and only managed to get them on here and struggling to get them I emailed them and they sorted it right away for me and now I can use my pram for both my kids

A good price compared to other places.
Delivery took a little longer then some places but was worth the wait for the saving made

Happy with the travel system I purchased. I was told I it was going to be shipped two weeks after purchase and was given the chance of a refund. I chose to wait, and I'm glad I did. It came in the original box, properly packed and exactly as shown in the pictures. Thanks!

As yet I have no Idea how well the pram system is as it was bought for my son and wife who are not due till September 2022. I would love to review it after.

Awful!! Ordered a pram from here told it was awaiting shipment, took my money and heard nothing since!
Emailed three times no answer, filled contact form no answer. Absolute joke of a company. Have paid through pay pal so will be raising dispute to hopefully receive my money back!

Do not order from here if you need your item in a timely manner. Buggy finally arrived mid-July despite saying end-May delivery when I ordered. Emails were answered but was constantly being told the item was with the dispatch team. If the company improved their comms and were more upfront with delivery timescales they would avoid such bad reviews as you can’t fault them on price
