Fancy sending an email to be reviewed when your company is absolutely terrible.

Ordered a pram, should have arrived the following week. I read reviews and thought ‘I’ve made a terrible mistake here! This is a dodgy site’, you ignored all my contact forms, phone calls and emails. Then you sent one message to say it’d be delivered the following week…. But guess what NO DELIVERY, not even a message to say it’s been delayed or anything… luckily I went to my bank and got my money back.

Genuinely, avoid this company.

Item never received. Ordered on 24th May. I emailed after 3 weeks asking for information on date for delivery, received NO reply, emailed again 10 days later, again NO reply, then I received email updating order to despatched. Still did not arrive. Then today I receive a request to rate the item.....not feasible as never received.....I replied advising this. then now I receive a request to review diffusionkids. Totally mad. Customer service is rubbish. No replies to emails.
I think this company is a scam.

SCAMMERS ALERT! Ordered the Maxi Cosi Adorra Luxe Travel System at the end of May, thinking we were getting a good offer as it had a countdown of when the deal ends on the website, it said 3-10 working days at the time of ordering, and 5 weeks later still nothing delivered and no update. Tried to contact them and got no response. Luckily we paid with PayPal, so opened a dispute and got a refund through PayPal. And the offer on the website is continuous, it counts down and then just kicks back in again straight after it ends. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Placed an order in May for an item shown in stock, it's now July and nothing. Contacted the company 2 weeks ago, apparently, it was shipped that same day; 2 weeks later nothing. Don't waste your time and money here.

Ordered a carseat adaptors for a pushchair on the 2nd of June and status is still in ''not shipped'' on the 14th June. The item was in stock when I ordered it according to the website and now indicates a wait up to 15 working days. There was no communication to advise me of that. I have been trying to cancel the order with no success as they are not responding to my emails and there is no phone number to call anywhere. I have now logged a dispute request with the credit card company in the hope I can get the money back. Ordered the item elsewhere. Stay away from this company

First I ordered a travel cot and received a pushchair so had to go back phone about this and the guy put phone down three calls later finally got though said pick it up Friday no one came for it it finally whent back Monday so won’t order again from these

Don't purchase from this company online. My husband paid £227 for a Maxi Cosi car seat on 26th May 2022 and was advised the seat would be delivered within 3-4 days, I called up after waiting 10 days to get an update and was advised there was a delay due to the Jubilee bank holidays and the item should be delivered within 2 days. Nothing received no notification, called again yesterday to be told the item iss out of stock and that my husband was emailed with an offer for another item, this email was not received either, I advised we would prefer a refund and that I was disappointed it took them almost 2 weeks to advise they are out of stock, the adviser said she would issue a refund within 10 minutes, surprise surprise! No refund issued and now nobody is answering the phones. Even when you call and they do answer the greeting is just 'Hello' as if you are calling someone personally, I had to ask if this was Diffusion Kids because I thought I might of had the wrong number. So unprofessional in every way and now we will have to raise a dispute with PayPal, thank goodness we used them instead of paying directly. I would steer clear of this company when purchasing online or you might end up with the same dilemma.

Absolutely appalling.I ordered a pram on the 7 th May and the payment was debited from my account.After 2 emails followed by 2 phone calls I was assured the pram was on its way.Yesterday ( 6 th June) I got an email to say I was being refunded which as yet I still haven’t been.Apparently DPD couldn’t deliver to us but duffionkids couldn’t say why!

Honestly the best kids store I've shopped online in years! I called them to checknif they could fulfil an order within 48 hours- she checked stock and said it was fine. This is the second time I've needed an item quickly and boy do they deliver! They are honest, speedy, caring and all round have THE best service. Just a shame I vile hundreds of miles from the store or you would see me there for every occaision.

Never received item. No response either by email or phone. Basically theft. Do not use this "company".

Took about 3 WEEKS to arrive, only communication from the company was " it is with the courier" when asked about arrivals. Was asked 3 times to review an item that had not arrived. Customer care is almost non existent & delivery times are atrocious for such an expensive item.

placed an Order on 6th of May. 3 weeks after, still no update. emailed them THRICE!!! they only responded once, but it wasn't a good news, it was the same update 3 weeks back!! RIDICULOUS!!! my daughter will outgrow what i ordered before it will arrive, if it will ever arrive.

Haven't got any update about the collection of my order. Kept waiting and checked on my own, they delivered it.

I ordered an Oyster Zero Gravity Footmuff and a footmuff for a different pushchair was sent to me. I contacted the company immediately via email to report the error. 24 hours later I received a reply asking me to return the item (at my expense) and then the shipping costs would be reimbursed. I asked if the correct item would be sent to me ……. No response. I posted the item back to the company including a copy of the email stating they would refund the postage costs. I received a refund for the initial amount I had paid. I asked again if the correct item was in stock ……….. still No response. I asked about the refund of the postage and sent my bank details. This was over a month ago, and despite emailing asking about my refund charges …… No response. I will not use this company ever again. It has ended up costing me money and I am left with nothing!

absolutely appalling company! do not buy!! i tried to return a item but their customer service is non existence and they just do not respond! even when trying to call the company with the number found online there was no answer! I had to request my money back via my bank!

I ordered my pram on the 6th April and have still heard nothing, i have emailed and heard nothing! Does anyone know a contact number for this company? I ordered it for my holiday and am going to have to buy another one!Absolutely

PRAM BROKE UNDER WARRANTY, WONT RETURN EMAILS OR CALLS AND NOW WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. BUNCH OF COWBOYS DO NOT USE THEM

I have to say I was a bit worried as I hadn't bought from this company in the past but my order. (a baby changing unit) shipped the same day are arrived the next. I haven't get put it together but have opened the box and it looks like I expected and like the product was described. It was also very good value and as long as it has all bits when I put it together then I will look to shop here again.

Really fast delivery, I came across this website by accident, I was a bit wary as I hadn’t heard of it before so I paid via PayPal but my parcel came within days and I received email updates which was good... would definitely use again and have already recommended to a few people
