first class order processing speed！

Prompt service and efficient delivery.

Very pleased with the product

There was a long delay in getting the item to me but this was not the fault of diffusionkids - like many things distribution lines are delayed

Diffusionkids offered me my money back in a couple of occasions due to the delay so Customer service was good

I am still waiting for the delivery absolutely shocking service and they have the cheek to ask for a review

Yeah, no problems. Everything arrived perfectly (although got a little confused over the communication on that) but all here within 3 days and all exactly as described.

Order took 6 weeks to arrive but communication around this was very poor. Initially I was sent a message to say it was delayed a week, 2 weeks passed and no delivery/ no communication to inform me of this. I sent 2 messages with no reply. After another email from myself I received a reply informing me my item would be delivered the following week, the delivery came a week later, I was again not informed it would be delayed.

I placed my order on 26th Feb, called the company 2 weeks later to enquire about when I would receive my order. They then informed me that the car seat that I ordered was out of stock and asked if I would like the same make but in a different colour. This was acceptable however I did not appreciate that I had to call the company to be informed of this, I feel they should have called me when they knew the circumstances. The car seat arrived a few days later and was in good condition and we are happy with it however the correspondence could be improved.

Same story as other customers; missed several delivery deadlines and poor response. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I knew i'd get refunded.

AVOID

I am extremely disgusted with the lack of customer service. Was meant to have a pram delivered within a week window. Then I received an email saying the product was delayed and would now be with me by the first week of March. Then after contacting then after not receiving it they said that there was a problem with dispatch and will be with me by the end of that week. Then after contacting them again after still having not received it by that week they said if they was not able to send it by the end of the day they will issue me a refund (that I never actually asked for as I really needed the pram). Then after hearing nothing I have contacted them another 3 times with no response !!! I have now also asked for a refund to be issued, but surprise surprise, have had no response. Absolutely appalling !!!! And cannot get the pram I needed in time

Quick, great quality, straight forward.

Ordered in December with a 1-7 day delivery window given. Item arrived in March. They ignored all my emails about updates, I finally got one email from them saying it wasn’t their problem. Also the email was very poorly punctuated with no capital letters which was odd. Would not use again.

Item faulty doesn’t collapse in process of waiting for response

Ordered new pushchair in the sale. A week later after hearing nothing from them and my order still awaiting dispatch I emailed asking where my order was. They replied saying it was out of stock and wouldn't be getting colour back in but offered me another colour which was fine. Disappointed they didn't email me to tell me this and wonder how long I would have waited to actually hear from them. Item was dispatched that day and arrived earlier than expected.

Poor service, waiting for my delivery for 15 working days, they don’t answer the phone or email email, it’s so frustrating to know nothing about your money .

I ordered a new highchair and diffusionkids offered the best price. Clear communication and delivered a couple of days after. I can't fault any aspect.

The high chair I ordered came in the time given and was packed well. The chair itself is just what I wanted; it folds in half so isn’t too tall to store easily. The adjustable seat angles are great for different age babies .

I haven't received my parcel yet despite chasing by emails.
