Damaged items no response to email
2 plasterboards and 2 insulation boards arrived damaged. Emailed them with photos and no response. No one picked up the phone, contact form and complaint link don’t work, no response to email after 6 days. I had to raise a chargeback dispute with my bank, which is a much longer process.

Unfortunately we did not receive your first email. It looks like it went to spam, as we ask that any issues regarding your order are emailed as a reply to your invoice that we sent to you. I did ask again for this but luckily, I have spotted your email this morning again in our spam folder.
Please could you confirm a suitable collection date for yourself and I will try to secure that date with the hauliers. Once we have collected these items we will raise a full credit for the damaged items.

The product looks good….
The product looks good, but not installed yet so we shall see.
My issue was with delivery, there was a phone call 3 minutes before driver arrived at delivery address, no prior email with date or timing update. This could have been a big problem given the size of the wagon and need for assistance/signature.

We then also replied to your email today at 11.26am to let you know that your delivery should be with you by 2pm today. The delivery lorries are indeed large, we also had an email conversation about this before you placed your order too.

No notice of subcontractor.
I didn’t get any notice that the order was being subcontracted to CCF, a Travis Perkins subsidiary in Bournemouth.
Their delivery driver, Sylvia, was excellent; she notified me when she was setting off at 07:24 then when she was about 15 minutes away. There was no paperwork handed over.

We are pleased that everything was delivered as expected, on the day you requested and with a friendly driver. We do use various external souses for deliveries within your area and we are sorry that you are disappointed that on this occasion we used CCF for your delivery.
