onlyBBguns Reviews

Bad Experience with these guys, mediocre service ,customer service absolutely shocking having to find different numbers to get to the right people never bother to email you back when you make complaint till you start phoning them and also when solving the problem come back with even more to where you get another broken gun back waste of time don't buy off them.

Gun itself doesn't work properly. Can't physically load a single pellet, as it'll pull two in and jam.

Case is cheap and doesn't close fully without moving it around. All in all, not impressed.

Bought a G.36 Airsoft gun it broke within minutes of first using it. I have sent many emails to this company but so far no response. Really not happy with this purchase and will be seeking a full refund either though this company or through PayPal.

Found what I wanted very easily, was given discount and free shipping, arrived in 3 working days, can't fault them.

Gun won’t load properly! Can get a better one from the corner shop

Very good service and very good product can't wait to buy some more products

Gun was ok.
Disappointed in the case as it had no liner for gun to fit into.
Very very disappointed in targets as you couldn’t open case to fit net on and only one very thin paper target

Shocking sad scam company, ordered some things with payl8r, one of 2 of the magazines I ordered for my G36C was BROKEN (brand new unopened magazine), I got in contact with them, they asked for a video of it being broken, which I sent. Then they never replied ive still got this faulty magazine at home unusable. Also tried ringing them numerous amount of times it just rings out. Be careful and watch out for these crooks!

Ps. I've seen posts (on Facebook) of these guys selling underage people BB guns!!

Great service, great price, fast delivery 😄

Easy to navigate website, very quick delivery and kept informed all the way.
Reasonable price too, excellent service, thank you
Great range of guns and accessories.

Excellent customer service & quick response & delivery time.

Ordered my product and was delivered promptly.

The worst airsoft products I have ever seen. These guns are for kids in the garden. Very plastic none full scale. No good at all for a skirmish. Will never use them agian.
The mystery box was full of old rusty skip stock. Not worth £50 more like £10 quality of products...total rubbish.
Watched a few YouTube unboxings..all looked good. What I received was nothing like the fake ads they have placed. Save your money and get a proper airsoft gun..not a bit of crap from China.

Score..- 50 out of 10

Do not use this company

Where is my order?
It's been with a courier for 3 days and it's now the weekend so it won't be delivered to my work address where I work Monday to Friday...
Not good enough I ordered full week ago.

I spent £18.98 on two bb plastic guns had about 15 minutes of fun and they broke. I’m not happy with my purchase.
