I bough a rifle and pellets the rifle came Brocken the the pellets never arrived asked for a refund they said they would send it, its been 2 weeks and still no refund.

Gun magazine lock came broken and they ignored my email

The postage took a lot longer than said and the gun is not very reliable after 4 days. However I am not giving it less stars as the gun was quite cheap and gave me much fun while it lasted. I brought one of the 10dollar guns so bear that in mind when purchasing

Excellent quality and design works perfectly
Great service and delivery would recommend you to anyone. Thank you to all

This product came broken so i couldn't even fire it once so I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because they will send broken products

Good product, amazing quality,very pleased

Fantastic service, extremely quick, product brilliant. Will be using again, and have recommended to others. Brilliant.

Came faulty, the trigger is loose and doesn’t do anything, you can cock it back but it doesn’t do anything either , would like a refund

Is okay gun for very short range I placed a box at the back of my yard which is only small probably about 10metres away and it couldn't pierce it

Prompt postage arriving next day. Good prices. I made a mistake on my order. Immediate refund when I rang and explained. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

Bought some thunder B grenades back in march and one turned up faulty after numerous emails and FB messages I'm still waiting to hear back from them. 5 months and counting

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

Hi I recently bought a walther p99 dao electric blowback pistol from you and on arrival was surprised at how cheap looking it was for the money I paid after only two days the magazine spring broke and now it is completely useless as iv tried to look for spare magazines and can’t find any anywhere also after emailing customer care already have not had a reply about returning the pistol for a refund as I’m completely unsatisfied with the product I just hope customer care is better

Good and fast service. Will use again.

My only problem was with the product description .The item was supposed to come with a Scope. Mine did not otherwise service very good.
