onlyBBguns Reviews

Absolutely gutted, my son used this gun for the first time today after waiting two weeks to open it as a birthday gift and a small piece of plastic fell from the barrel, disregarding this we continued to fire and target practice but struggled with the mechanism getting jammed alot, the trigger stopped working altogether after less than 30 minutes of use. I made my order for the product on good Friday and paid express delivery, customer service was brilliant and the guy on the phone was really helpful polite when it come to answering my queries about the delivery services over the Easter period.

accurate product description and prompt delivery.

Very happy with all orders ... delivery was on time . The product was what I saw and overall happy customer . Will buy again

2 weeks for delivery???
I use a different company and I have the same product in 3 days. It’s the first and the last time when I use this company.Poor service.

I`m an amateur photographer and have previously bought "props" in the past - I always find the company to be reliable and efficient.
I know what I get is quality at a fair price , they are always my first port of call for accessories.

Fantastic service, prompt delivery, excellent overall

Absolutely excellent service and a fantastic product

Loved the packaging and care. Exactly as advertised. Cant wait to use this for my movie

Perfect thank you 😊

The pistol was delivered very quickly. The pistol itself, a 'Contender' target pistol, is probably the most accurate BB pistol I have used, and well worth the money. I have made several orders with OnlyBBguns since Christmas, and obtained some excellent gear.

Very quick and reliable and the product was exactly what I expected. Prices suit the products... you get what you pay for.

Brilliant product , brilliant service . Thankyou so much .

Poor customer services. I contacted them 3 weeks ago and still haven’t had a reply! Quick enough to take my money!

The service was great no hassle finding what I wanted on the website and quick delivery would recommend to anyone

Have emailed numerous times to complain my gun arrived broken no reply will not use this company again

Really good product for price I paid. Website should be a bit clearer tho in term of what bullets to buy. For what gun. Delivery needs to be abit quicker. But wasn’t too long. Overall really good and will definitely buy from here again
