onlyBBguns Reviews

I brought a bb gun and the mag came broken so it messed up the rest of the gun and i didn't know it was that bad until I Brought a 2nd one. 2nd one was fine tho.

Excellent service! Really fast delivery and brilliant product. Really happy and I would definitely use this company again and would also recommend others to do so aswell.

Gun developed a fault after a week. E-mailed but had no reply. E-mailed again, no reply. Downloaded form to return it off website. Has cost me over £5 to return a faulty product. I don't know if I'll get a refund. Terrible customer service. BEWARE.

I’ve emailed 3 times with an issue with my order and I’ve had no reply

I have a few BB guns from them but will not get any more have bought two from them recently one clearly used and the other BB gun had been put in the box before the paint had dried also ordered one was sent something different managed to contact them they removed the item I had bought and replaced it with something different saying they sent correct item despite being completely different and having different codes

The item was better than expected for the price

I bought my Hubby a gun with 2 mags (one cartridge gas, the other refillable) the refillable one was leaking gas straight back out, i sent an email, they replied with a pre paid returns label, sent off the next day and we had the replacement within 3/4 of emailing. Fast and reliable service

great gun it came early and with everything I needed I haven't used it too much but from what, I can tell it's well built and good quality

Really good service. Just an idea put some English translation of instructions in the box.

Bought the gun for my son, he picked the gun himself because it had skulls on the grip. Opened box no skulls, nothing on advert to say different. Still a good gun but not as described

Great service and arrived early during these crappy times

Fast delivery and good value for money. Quality wise it's very good. Thanks

Quick and efficient delivery. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gun, it looks more expensive than it actually is. Strong & sturdy ,definitely happy with the purchase!

They are a good company. If one of your guns or items get broke they will replace it for you

I have consistently emailed since purchasing a BB Gun for my nephew for Christmas which broke after using it once so I had to buy another to replace it hoping to send the original back to get my money back. Having emailed 3 times I have heard nothing ...

Lovely little thing but 1st go all pellets get stuck and clip wont stay in

The purchased gun broke within a week of Christmas with no user-fault. Having written to customer care, a week has gone by without response...
