Onpointpaintball Reviews

Bought promotional tickets at the mall, at the time was told the tickets were all inclusive. When going to book a session was asked to pay $60 additional per head. Very disappointing. Refusing to give us a refund. Find this to be false advertising.

Excellent customer service. I managed to score 12 free tickets. Had a great day with my friends and family

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Buying the tickets at the mall was quick and easy, and the whole process felt smooth and stress free. The day itself was even better. We had such a fun time out with family and friends, full of laughs and great memories. Everything was well organized and made for a really enjoyable day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do with a group

Bunch of scammers

Amazing deal, very clear communication and friendly!

Great deal and good upgrade, would recommend 😼

Great value for money! Super easy to purchase at the shopping centre and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The tickets worked perfectly and the experience was an absolute blast. Highly recommend if you're after a fun day out!

Scored some discounted tickets in Sylvia Park last christmas and had a fantastic day out paintballing for my son's birthday. The guys on the day looked after our group and we had heaps of fun. They really went above and beyond. Recommended!

ITS A SCAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DAM RIGHT RUDE. DONT GO THERE

Great chatbot service and prompt bookings 😃

Superfast online message. Somehow didn't reply to emails... Communication not clear over phone. But again online messages insanely fast and efficient.

Took my 12 year old son and 3 of his mates for his birthday. We had a great time! Would totally recommend! I run a car garage in East Auckland and thinking I might take the boys down there for our xmas staff do.

Great Day Out.
Well run by very limited staff. Hence why 6 groups were put together for a morning session.
Not enjoyed by some cause we weren’t against out intended opposition.
I know the business relies on groups purchasing extra bullets for the fun, it is very pricey.
Other than that, it was a fun day out.
Is it worth it ? I’ll give it 50 / 50
Others may be more or less.
Experience it to form your own thoughts.
Thank you On Point.
May be build a facility closer to the CBD. 🙏😎✌️

I spent $90 on a paintball deal for 20 people at a stand in Sylvia Park this week. According to the salesperson, the only extra cost would be a $25 deposit at the time of booking. Later, when I read the fineprint I realised there was a $25 deposit PER PERSON. When I went online to book I realised this would go towards the minimum $70 package fee per person. Instead of costing $90 + $25 for 20 people, it will cost us $90 + $70pp which is $1490 in total. Needless to say, I have applied for a refund. Buyer beware.

This company is a scam. Mike Davies if that's his real name came over to our work place and sweet talked us into buying cheap paintball tickets. We paid $90 and he said we need to call later and book. But no one ever answers the phone! I doubt their lines are connected at all. My only other option is to book the tickets online but I have zero confidence in them and don't want to lose another $250.
I emailed them and asked for a refund but there is no reply.
They are scam. Do not trust them. Do not waste your money.

Good phone manner, unhappy not available Monday.

I would like to say a great job well done to Dan who sold us these amazing paintball tickets. The information was great and clear to understand. I have booked my event and the boys can't wait to get out there. Keep up the great the job and to all the agents that assisted with booking.

Awesome offer on these paintball tickets ! looking forward to a great day of fun with the team.

Got my tickets from Shannon, she was soooo friendly, can't wait to book my son's party in a few weeks!
