We have been with deskphone for a few years now,and we just like to say the customer service is excellent,whenever you have a problem They always respond very quickly by email or the telephone and are easy to get hold of no Long queues on the phone to get through

I am currently in the process of setting up my own business and really wanted a landline number that I could use on my mobile. This was the smoothest process through deskphone. I had a problem with my address on my account as we had changed our address. I emailed Desk Phone about this and Sophie looked in to the problem and solved it to my satisfaction and also told me about a new product as I was near the end of my contract which she sorted for me. Sophie was brilliant as I have always found that she and all the staff at desk Phone are first class customer focused and Brilliant.
I would recommend if any one wants a landline number on a Sim Card weather its for Business or Private use this is the company you want.

Deskphone has a unique product on the market (their landline sim) which is not only most suitable to small and medium businesses but scales upto enterprise level. Call quality is the best and it relies on multiple networks which makes the signal even more robust. The best attribute which sets them apart is their Customer Support which is speedy, on point, and caring and has excellent follow-up. Full marks.

The great thing about this Company is that they are extremely Professional and get the job done. No messing about and very efficient. Would Highly Recommend to anyone. Lastly good value for money.

After moving both office and town, I've struggled to find a reliable business number.

Now I'm a remote worker I don't have the luxury of a landline, and as I'm remote in the middle of nowhere sense, mobile signal can also be a bit patchy!

I've tried so many second line type apps, and forwarding services, and put simply, they've all been a pain. It reached the point where I was dreading client calls as I knew they'd be such poor quality, if they connected at all.

As a freelancer I didn't want anything grand, just that worked, and the Deskphone Go SIM has been superb. It's great value, gives me two work numbers on my dual SIM phone, and just works, no faff. Good quality, easy to set up, and my endless questions at the beginning were answered quickly, and helpfully.

A simple and seamless solution merging your desk phone with your mobile without 'diverting calls'. Great support service too. No question is too trivial for them to Answer.

I was with Vonage for my single business line, I quickly found out is was terrible.
Having moved to Go/Deskphone I couldn’t be happier. Call quality is spot on, they moved my number over without any trouble and the customer service is simply amazing.

I’ve had a couple of minor queries (checking settings and uploading outgoing voicemail) and have received fast and friendly help, all in a language I can understand.

I’d recommend deskphone to all, even us very low usage customers get first class support.
