I've been using ontact for a few years now and I've only had good experiences with them! They get my items to me quickly and keep them protected. I've never had any issues with anything I've gotten. Their website is easy to navigate and their custom order section makes it super easy to place orders without error.

My first purchase using Ontact Korea was easy. Having a warehouse in Korea is now easier. Shopping for goods is simpler, and the procedures are easy to understand. Although it was my first time trying it, the entire process, from purchase to delivery of the goods to the warehouse, was not difficult.

slow but no choice
don't have any choice since deliverykorea always declare my parcel missing, ontract was neither efficiency, they don't work on sat and mon they don't ship out parcel, any order send to ship on sat sun will get it collect from ups on tuesday. They also have a very tedious and slow packing thats take 2 days then it will be ready to pay to ship. Its not suitable for urgent shipping.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding our process. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, and we kindly ask customers to respect our operating schedule and company working boundaries. In this particular case, Monday was a national holiday in Korea, and holiday notices are always displayed on our website banners in advance.
Regarding shipping collections, carriers such as UPS operate according to their own pickup schedules, and shipments requested over weekends are processed on the next available business day.
For repacking, our standard processing time is up to 2 business days, which is already considered a fast turnaround for warehouse services, as each package is handled individually by our team to ensure accuracy and quality rather than being processed automatically.
We always appreciate feedback and continuously work to improve our services. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify our process.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I placed a custom order, but I had to cancel it because they were too slow to respond and the items were selling out, so I placed another order with a faster proxy which was successful.
When I asked them to refund my payment via Wise, they said they will only refund to a KRW bank account, or provide 'k-points'. This is unclear in their T+Cs, and they refused to work with me to find a suitable solution. They have stolen over £200 from me, avoid at all costs!

Your payment was completed outside of our business hours, so due to time zone differences our response may have felt slower than expected. However, we reviewed the order the next business day, and at that time the requested products were still available for purchase.
Before we could proceed further, you decided to cancel the transaction. Regarding the refund, we did not refuse to provide one. Due to Wise transfer restrictions and our available refund methods, we are only able to process refunds to a KRW bank account or provide Ontact Korea credit (K-Points) to use on our website.
We understand this situation was frustrating, but we would like to clarify that no funds were "stolen." After further discussion with you, we have a received the KRW bank account and have proceeded the refund.

I’ve only recently started using this kaddy service, so I haven’t shipped out my packages yet, but so far the experience has been smooth. I've been using their Bunjang shop service, which is really helpful since it makes buying from Korean sellers much easier and less stressful. I'm looking forward to seeing how the shipping process goes, but my first impression has been very positive.

The best Korean Warehouse!
Since 2024 I’ve used Ontact as my warehouse service in Korea. So far the service has been perfect, they always attend to requests quickly, they look for how to reinvent themselves and give us better options to users. I’ll never forget how they helped me get some pre-order dolls even though my payment was not reflected by bank errors, and even so, they trusted me and proceeded with the purchase. There’re already 9 boxes that I have brought with them to Colombia and I don’t regret having found them.
