It was very easy use the website and no problem booking the hotel and flight.. we are looking forward to hoildays..

I was familiar with On The Beach before my booking as a family member had used them earlier this year for a trip to Spain. As for my booking, no issues there and I got a good price too. With flights that suited the times for the Hotel room.

We had a fantastic family holiday and I would highly recommend On The Beach looking forward to booking our next holiday.

Just that it is no hassle whatsoever to book a holiday with you, you do all the work for me. 👍💕😊

The on the beach app is easy to use and navigate. Lots of good deals for holidays and options for hotels etc. Flexible payment options were very helpful! Will use the app again for next holiday.

All round good experience. First time booking with on the beach and found the app easy to use. Kept up to date with all info needed. Flight times suited us. Hotel was well located and suited our needs. Will definitely use again

It was my first time using on the beach. The initial booking was a bit slow as I made my booking and paid my money and got no confirmation for a few days but after I got that sorted everything else was perfect. Love that you add your luggage from the beginning so you have a true idea of the price, love that the price is in euro but that you can still from Belfast. Transfers were too class, driver on arrival was a little late but they were in contact the whole time.

it was so easy to book online and I overpaid and the refund was sent back with delay directly into my account , many thanks

I have booked 3 holiday and have went on two of them so far. Their hotel choices are top rate and their customer service are excellent.
I love that you book online and can spread my payments over a certain about of time. I also think their prices are very competitive

This was our first time booking a holiday through On the Beach.. What swayed us initially to On the Beach was the flight time options, other sites had limited travel times, crazy early/late. This may well be all to do with the airline but for our needs On the Beach offered what we wanted. The site was easy to navigate and the process was very easy from start to finish. We had no issues with changes of any sort so can’t speak of the follow up customer service. For us it was great and we’ll certainly use them again

From start to finish it was a simple process. Monthly payments are great way to pay for holiday. No problems with holiday. Exactly what we expected. Highly recommend On the beach

I book through on the beach a last minute honeymoon as we got a great deal to good to pass up. I was unsure about our accommodation with it costing so little we stayed in Collina Mar. It was perfect the views were spectacular taxis stopped outside the door so we had easy access to the main streets and walking a stone through to the Europa centre. The accommodation was clean and basic just what we needed. We had a kitchenette so made some food but ate out in the evenings. We had food twice in the hotel while there both times were nice. We had a safe for a small fee some of which was refundable. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about where we wanted to go. Overall the cost of things over there was very reasonable and I would have no problem going back again or booking with on the beach again. I would prefer a room with a double bed rather then single beds that was my only complaint if you could call it that. I look forward to returning in the future.
