Perfect from start to finish of booking my holiday

Absolutely disgusted! I contacted on the beach as we were due to check in and I realised I had made a mistake with my granddaughters name. We received an email back saying that they understood how stressful that must be and they would escalate the case. Numerous messages from us later and 5 days into the holiday we have only been able to go on due to a loophole from the airline that shoudnt have happened apparently we have still had no response. Our whole holiday would have been ruined. We have since had to book my grandaughter a different seat as they are refusing to do the name change to get a 6 year old home from Turkey. We also tried to contact the emergancy in resort contact number that cuts you off constantly. Absolute joke. Will not be using this company again

Hotel was a lot further out of Rome then ye had advertised on your Web site. Balcony very small. Hotel staff lovely, friendly and room was clean.

Very easy to book holidays and good value breaks . No nonsense everything easy

The description of the hotel and the pictures are very helpful and understating. Was quick and easy to book. Great ways to pay. The price was the best I could find after looking at few other sites. Can't be bet.

After spending 2 days looking at other sites and reading reviews I finally went onto On The Beach, I've never used them before and I'm regretting that how. The app is very easy to use, I found what u wanted within 5 minutes, I'm not joking, and unlike other sites, when I searched independent reviews they actually matched the reviews on the app. Vi also like the ease at which I was able to get my flights on my ryanair app! I've had difficulty before trying to get my flights to show on the app, ringing and emailing trying to figure it out but with On The Beach it was so easy. I'd definitely recommend yo anyone looking to book a holiday.

Good price for holiday and easy to navigate app

We recently booked our holiday with On the Beach, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and everything was well organised.

The only issue we had was when we arrived at Bakour Splash Lanzarote. We were told there was a problem with our room and had to stay in a different hotel for the first night. While this was disappointing, it wasn't On the Beach's fault. It appeared to be an issue with Bakour Splash, and I believe they had overbooked their rooms.

Apart from that, everything went well, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with On the Beach again. Thank you for making the booking process straightforward.

Negatives

On payment(first time round), it was very unclear if it was successfully processed. Couldn’t speak with a human, the bots told me not to worry for 48hrs but my reservation was cancelled with no pre-warning. My €100 welcome credit was also lost in this notification as it was marked ‘redeemed’.

Having still not had our issues sorted and now they are blaming us for this whole farce we are now going to take legal action. Our flights were moved by 6 hours and they have now blamed us by saying we accepted it through a the airline!!! They are swindlers and liars.no one has the b*lls to call and deal with this properly just emails.
I am demanding that someone at on the beach contact me directly by phone. We have started the ball rolling with legal steps. Absolute thieves

I normally book with a different company but this time I thought I’d shop around..so glad I did..On the Beach have the exact same holiday for nearly €500 cheaper and actually, it’s an even better room..the website is so much easier to navigate as well

Booking and paying was easy ... including transfers to and fron location .. couldn't have been easier

Our honeymoon total ruined thanks to ON THE BEACH!
Saved up for a year get to the airport to be told flight late then flight cancelled!!
Rang ON THE BEACH to be told its not their problem I have to ask EJ to find me another flight! Me booking with ON THE BEACH means my contract is with them! Not the airplane provider!
In tears we didn't know what to do EJ told us book another flight at our expense from another airport or our whole holiday would be lost!
We borrowed money to book flights following day(the whole time trying to whatsapp ON THE BEACH for support but just got botts or told on the phone they can't help) we didn't sleep but stayed at a London airport hotel after an hour's taxi ride (none of this paid for by ON THE BEACH) we really felt like giving up but had waited so long for our holiday & saved so hard, we eventually boarded a plane the next day 19 hours after our cancelled flight to our package holiday.
We obviously missed our transfer, breakfast, flight & one night's stay!
On returning home after trying to get support all week I contact ON THE BEACH only to be targeted by fraudulent scammers who tried to scam us & pretending to send a refund trying to gain access to our bank account!
Can this story get any worse! 3 hours trying to get through to on the beach to be told I can't get any sort of refund because the flight operators have my money! NO!
ON THE BEACH have it & do not care about their customers once they have their money!
Do not travel with this company its an absolute disgrace to deal with ive paid for a package holiday received very poor service & had no support what so ever! Anyone travelling with them should beware of the worst customer services I have ever received.
Utterly disgusting excuse for a travel agent! 1/100 Do not recommend & will never travel with them again.
ON THE BEACH SHOULD BE ON 24 STAND BY FOR CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCING ISSUES because they are quick enough to sell & take our money.

Very poor customer service. Customer service is primarily via a AI bot that is obviously programmed to go around in circles and not address the issue at hand. The customer service number which they are required to have under EU law does not work and has not worked for the last month. Stay away , better more reliable providers elsewhere.

Booked a 3* All inclusive, Turned out 1* rating at the best and not all inclusive as I expected. No air con. Transfer didn't arrive. On the beach offered £50 voucher off the next holiday if booked through them as compensation.

Can only get ai if i want live chat it keeps saying tomorrow the only time i got a reply is when i wanted to add my granddaughter on they want a 100 for administrative thats okay but it was only the next day and i told them they spelt my second name twice they haven't got back thats 4 days i will just have to stop payment

Great experience so far , was able to move my transfer to upgrade no hassle and speedy response, got a welcome 100 voucher too off my holiday , so far so good in servicex

We booked our holiday through On the Beach and have just arrived at our hotel, but unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing.

The room allocated to us is far too small for a family of three, and our son's fold-out bed has been placed behind the bathroom door, creating what we believe to be a serious health and safety concern.

Despite booking an all-inclusive holiday, we arrived at around 5:00 pm after a long day of travelling and found there was no food, snacks, or refreshments available until dinner at 7:00 pm. No welcome drink or alternative food was offered.

We raised our concerns with the management at LaLaLi Blue Suites, but they were unable to offer a solution and advised us to contact our travel provider.

We then tried to contact On the Beach using the support options listed on their website. Unfortunately, we could not find a way to speak to a person. The only option available was an AI live chat, which repeatedly asked the same questions without resolving our issue or connecting us to a member of the support team.

We are due to stay here for two weeks, and the lack of support from both the hotel and our travel provider has left us feeling extremely disappointed. If you are considering booking a holiday through On the Beach, I would recommend checking what support is available if something goes wrong during your trip.
