OnTrac delivered to the wrong address (could tell from their picture). I immediately let them know. They opened an investigation and then closed it a couple days later with no resolution whatsoever.

Drivers are not to smart. Had a driver in a van take up whole 6 car driveway and I couldn't pull in my garage.
Why are they even pulling into driveways.

They never deliver within the designated delivery window. Also, every time Nike uses them, they mark the first attempt as a "failed delivery attempt" until I reach out and let them know my neighborhood isn't gated. It's happened at least 4 times over the last 18 months. 2 out of the 4 times, my packages never showed up without an explanation other than I should contact the seller for a refund.

1 star because ZERO star is not an option!

These folks are criminals, plain and simple.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The absolute worst delivery service ever! They have horrible customer service, horrible, rude drivers, I get a message each time and state they cannot deliver my package! I am going to quit shopping at any retail online store that uses them! I've had enough!!

Terrible service and customer support - response to my inquiry was basically we don't give a flip and lied about the delivery, did not address in inquiry at all. Absolutely the worst - how do they stay in business?

My wife has been waiting for a package for a week. She stayed at her work late to receive a package. Lights on and delivery instructions in the window. They said she wasnt there and was sending back to sender. What a load of BS. By all the aweful reviews this delivery company can only succefully deliver 2% of its packages and that's a new low for any service ever.

My package was delivered by OnTrac, and both the outside packaging and the products inside arrived heavily reeking of cigarette smoke. I have unfortunately had packages delivered with this company other times and they are by far the worse delivery service, packages have been thrown on the porch hitting the front door, even had one package tossed from the vehicle landing in the front yard. Another instance a delivery driver parked in driveway leaking fluids into my driveway

Two packages at different times delivered to an incorrect address. One case was closed and I was told to go back to the seller who then shipped the replacement items through them AGAIN after I requested a different carrier. Customer service is no help and now 2 of my items are being used by random people that I paid for.

No customer support, no transparency, and worst of all no package

If I could give negative stars, I would, but alas, only choice is to give them 1 star, which is not deserved. I had had at least 3 packages from different merchants go missing or be delivered to the wrong house across town. They are impossible to get in contact with to talk to a human. 👎

If I could give none I would. Had a package coming and said it was even out for delivery I was so excited! Then nothing. Then they contected me saying I have an incomplete address or my stuff gets sent back within 3 days. I comfirmed and contacted support but notbing seems to change the status of my order. It's frustrating. If I knew exactlg what post office I'd be picking it up myself but they can't even disclose the carrier. When I try to ask the company I bought the items from, they told me that I'm badically out of luck unless I want to contact you guys myself. Ridiculous.

The package I received today has an INCREDIBLY strong odor of marijuana. I can't overstate how strong the smell is. I threw away the packaging in my outside garbage can and put the product (wool socks) into a ziploc bag while I try to figure out what to do. Even sealed inside of the bag, I can smell them across the room. I know these wool socks didn't leave the factory this way! I am incredibly disappointed as these were meant to be a gift.

The only carrier I know of that’s incapable of reading shipping labels. Not once has it arrived at my house, regardless of my delivery instructions. Always to a similar address (2 numbers and a street name in common) a block away and behind a gate. Garbage

Worse company ever, updated my address 3 times through emails or calls and they still can’t deliver my address. Abercrombie is just not smart using them as your delivery service. Not gonna buy from them again.

On Trac delivers food to our house. They claim that they always deliver by 9:00 p.m., which I think is late. However, the delivery, which needs refrigeration, often arrives in the middle of the night. Complaining goes nowhere.

OnTrac Service said they tried to deliver my package, but an access code was required. I live in a house on the road like normal. There is no access code. Made no sense. I had to talk to the robot on their website to add delivery instructions which all I wrote was "there is no access code needed". We will see if i get my delivery tomorrow. Also, I found out with Chewy, you can request a preferred delivery carrier for your order and it doesn't cost more. Chewy also gave me $10 off my order since my order will be late. Chewy is great, but they need to quit using OnTrac for deliveries.

No matter how detailed your delivery instructions, these guys are just incapable of getting anything to the correct location. And the lengths they go to obfuscate the complaint process is unbelievable. If you see that a company is using ontrac too deliver your item, get it from somewhere wise because you'll never receive it.

0 customer service. I chose ontrac as an amazon seller, and I never will again. Their provided number is disconnected, customer service would not help me at all, and they never picked up my packages. I had to refund the labels and ship them late with UPS. NEVER USE ONTRAC

Horrible, did not attempt delivery, PKG marked as return to sender. Not even 2nd attempt. No option to request redelivery.
