I bought a refurbished Garmin 965 forerunner for the almost the same price as a new Garmin 265 forerunner. The watch I have looks new and behaves like new. Would highly recommend everyone else to do buy the better watch for almost the same price as the worse watch! Extremely fast next-day delivery too.

Ordered a watch. After one week a Royal Mail tracking reference was generated. One week after that Royal Mail still have not received it. No watch, nobody answering messages, no way to get either a watch or a refund. Appalling.

Timely delivery. The phone came with a very different altitude so I am spending time now trying to reset the altmeter. For reconditioned phones it would be useful to have a brief signpost to resetting Garmin watches.

I ordered incorrectly. The team sorted out my mistake reimbursed me and sent out the correct watch with speed.

So..purchased a Garmin surf,arrived within days but unfortunately wouldn't work properly. Sent a message that was replied to swiftly with a paid returns label. Daniel answered many emails and queries and we decided on getting a replacement. This arrived within a day of them receiving the malfunctioning watch back..unbelievably quick service!!! Replacement watch works perfectly and looks amazing. I know there have been some negative reviews about customer service but I have never had such a positive experience. Thanks to Daniel for all his help,efficiency and patience. Would definitely recommend oobuy.

I purchased an item and tried cancelling before they posted it. They never answered the email and sent it. I’ve tried getting in touch to return the item and they’re still no answering. Not a good company if they don’t return an answer. No customer service number to contact them.

I will go and purchase else where.
