Ease of use.

Prompt, professional responses.

I was able to discuss my situation and to outline the improvements made to my house. The Agent very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend your agency to get the best advice and highest outcome when selling your house.

After making a "cold" enquiry on an internet search, we got a positive response and referral to 3, what appeared to be, professional and communicative agents.

The two agency's you recommended were very well known in Armidale and Lachie and Aiden were great to have come and talk with us. Very understanding knowing our situation

Open Agent has given me the opportunity to liaise with not only one agent but a couple to pick and choose from.

I listened carefully to what each agent say, talk about what they do best, and how each individual’s capability is different. I honestly I find very very interesting.

By talking to these different agents, it has given me more understanding of how the property market is operating. The format of work. The reality of what, how, and where the market is heading.

Now I compare these professionals Open Agents have send me to other property managers that I have dealt with, and have definitely found their performance differences. I haven’t sold my house, but am very excited to see how it will go.

They recommended 2 real estate agents and it was hard to choose between the two. The real estate agents were very prompt in phoning and were very polite. It was an easy process doing an online search

Christina called me within a few minutes of doing a search and was very helpful with explaining how the Open Agent process works.

Received a phone call within an hour
From one of the three Real Estate companies that were recommended by the Open Agent customer service officer. I did mention to her that at this stage I wasn’t ready for anyone to come into our home to give us an idea and suggestions on selling. This may be the reason why I have not heard from the other two. Surprisingly though one did respond. Maybe the other others are waiting for me to contact them.

My first sell & I was pleased to know how easy the layout of the web page was to use & navigate. Gave me good insight into who I could choose from, a few clicks and it was all go from there. Thankyou for making a big decision that little bit easier
