Your website and app never works it…
Your website and app never works it constantly says that I have the incorrect information even after putting it in correct. Only to make you change your password and then lock you out. The card it self is fine but I would rather speak to a human instead of automated person it just makes the wait longer.

If you do not have an account number handy, do not type anything in when requested and you will be transferred to the first available representative.

This company is straight PREDATORY
This company is straight PREDATORY. First off, the balance on your due date is not what is reported. They might report on the 1st or the 10th. Then after having a secured credit card for 7 months. I started getting Pre-approvals for unsecured credit cards from them. But when I asked why my $500 deposit hadn't been put towards a unsecured credit card AS advertised on their website. They said they don't do that, they are too different cards. So you think I'm going to just let you hold onto my $500 deposit for the next 10yrs? And open up a new unsecured credit card with you... Then come the threats of hurting your credit if you cancel followed by $20 off service fees. Make a long story short, unless you plan on letting them keep your deposit indefinitely. Then this card will hurt your credit, just as much as it helps it. Way better secured credit cards out there that aren't Preditory like this one. God bless

Good for building credit, but the transition could be smoother
Review:
OpenSky helped me build credit with their secured card. I was recently offered an unsecured card, which I activated without issues, but it doesn’t show up in my online profile, which was a bit confusing.
I like the fast approval and that the secured card works well. It would be great if the app and website made it easier to view or link the graduated card to the same account.
I recommend OpenSky for those starting to build credit, just suggest improving the digital experience when moving to the unsecured card.

You can request to raise your credit line at any time—it’s easy, too. Just log in your opensky account online or mobile app and choose the Request Credit Line Increase option in the Account Services section. We’ll review your account, and, if approved, you’ll receive an approval letter with instructions on how to send the additional security deposit to fund your new limit.
