My clearpay account is still saying I owe them £42.15 when you've stated in emails that I've fully cleared this debt?

If I could leave -5 stars I would. Took money from my account without authorisation then blamed it on the company they were working for. If at all possible don’t deal with these.

Having to be able to talk to a human and having them understand made a huge difference. I had to change the date on one payment and nothing was too much trouble. If i ever need advice these are the people id go to.

Finally dealing with a human, made the experience 5 stars. Talking through the outstanding bill makes sense and happy this account is now settled and closed.

Maryam was really helpful, I needed a refund as the payment came out my bank twice. Maryam emailed me explaining what I needed to do and when i didn't reply Maryam followed up with me to make sure i did the instructions to get the refund. Great person to have on the team.
