Dealing with the company, I first was stressed due to not working and finding it hard, mentally and physically due to a bad injury I had suffered for a year. The staff has empathy and dealing with the same person after a few emails, Aaminah totally understood my situation. I contacted the company I had to make payments with and waiting on word back. But at Ophelos and especially Aaminah in Customer support, I couldn't be more thankful for her kindness and understanding. Thank you.

The lady I spoke to was brilliant and it actually felt like she wanted to help and not just recover money.
I told her how much I could comfortably afford and she made it happen.. she even said she would Assign the case to herself so I could deal with her again in the future..
Its never nice owing money but it is nice that people can be kind and compassionate during these times

Expérience très problématique avec INTRUM / OPHELOS
Mon expérience avec INTRUM et sa filiale OPHELOS, entre leur premier contact d'OPHELOS du 24 septembre 2025 et leurs réponses jusqu’en mars 2026, a été un enchaînement d’incohérences et d’opacité.
Dès le départ, on me réclame 57,95 €, sans facture, sans mandat, sans justificatif.
Puis les montants changent : 37,95 €, puis 28 € sur leur portail.
Aucune explication claire, aucune preuve valable, aucun document contractuel — même leur mandant reconnaît ne plus avoir mon contrat.
J’ai demandé le mandat : jamais fourni
J’ai demandé les justificatifs : jamais fournis.
J’ai demandé les CGV : introuvables.
J’ai demandé plusieurs fois d'être appelé : jamais reçu un seul, malgré leurs promesses répétées.
J'ai menacé de porter l'affaire au tribunal et j'ai reçu un appel de leur service juridique pour me dire que le dossier était "purgé" mais pas "clos"
Pire : mes données personnelles ont été transmises à plus de dix entités (France, Royaume‑Uni, Île Maurice…), alors même que je demandais leur effacement.
Et malgré leurs courriers affirmant que mon dossier était “purgé”, je continuais à recevoir des messages, relances et contradictions internes entre INTRUM et OPHELOS.
Après six mois de démarches, relances, LRAR et demandes formelles, je n’ai jamais obtenu les documents essentiels permettant de vérifier la légitimité de la créance.
⚠️ Recommandation aux consommateurs
Si vous recevez un message d’INTRUM ou OPHELOS :
✔️ Ne payez rien sans justificatif clair
Exigez :
le mandat,
la facture,
la preuve de la dette,
les CGV applicables,
la décomposition exacte des montants
contacter l'entreprise dont INTRUM se réclame pour vérifier et croiser les informations
✔️ Demandez tout par écrit
Les appels annoncés n’arrivent jamais.
Les écrits, eux, laissent des traces.
✔️ Conservez toutes les preuves
Emails, captures d’écran, LRAR, dates, montants.
Cela vous protège.
✔️ En cas d’incohérence : saisissez les autorités
CNIL (données personnelles),
DGCCRF (pratiques commerciales),
Tribunal judiciaire (contestation de créance).
🎯 Conclusion
Mon dossier a été géré avec un manque de transparence, des contradictions internes, des montants changeants et une incapacité totale à fournir les documents de base.
Une expérience éprouvante, confuse et non conforme aux standards attendus d’un professionnel du recouvrement.
