Using the resume builder and application assistant was very seamless for me, I was able to land an opportunity with the resume I drafted using the Resume builder, the application assistant also made it easy for me to tailor my resume to fit well with the role I was applying for. Honestly it was a pretty good experience on my end
Save your money. I paid for a subscription expecting the core feature, audio capture, to actually work. It didn't. Not once, not in a single session.
I reached out to support, and they insisted on a call to "fix" it via some system settings changes. I shared my screen, followed every step they gave me, and it still completely failed. Their own support rep watched it fail in real time and had no explanation.
After that I asked for a refund. Silence. No refund, no response, nothing, for weeks. I finally cancelled the subscription myself and took it to my bank instead.
I paid for a product I couldn't use a single time, and this company just ghosted me instead of doing the right thing. Avoid.
if I can leave zero stars, I'd do it. This tool created more troubles than it helped. I purchased the Pro version 1st, and went through two interviews with HR. Catastrophic experience. I just don't see how it helped me at all. Then, I was like let's give it a try with the Coding feature. For this, I had to upgrade to the Premium package. After, struggling to upgrade, I decided to cancel, but then shortly after realized that my credit card was charged. Since, I paid for the service, I decided to give it a try to see how it work. Well, to my dissapointment you can not even create a session for coding, not to say that you can't even test the feature at all. Then, I went on and tried the customer support chat, and guess what, well it is not working. I sent an email but then I decided enough is enough. This is not working at all. Not sure if someone ever tested this app at all. It is simply not working for me. Now, I am in a process of refund. Let's see where this gets me, haha...
